What were the symptoms of this machine? Was it simply not draining correctly? Mine makes a lot of noise when spinning.

We replaced the LG drain pump but then it wouldn't fully drain properly. A repair man came and turned the machine completely upside down (I wasn't home happened against my wishes) and now it does indeed drain but when I put it into diagnostic mode and get it to the spin part, it violently shakes, like literally moves backwards. Do you think the shaking is caused by faulty shock absorbers? I feel a bit of oil or grease on the back shock absorber so I think it may need to be replaced. Or might it be because its out of balance? I used an iphone leveler and it said it was level but we used to have styrofoam holding it in place and now everything is just out of wack. I don't really know what to do, if you can offer some advice I would really appreciate it!

most likely the the shocks are bad. here is a link to a video showing how to replace the shocks. ruclips.net/video/OT2gPJkH1BE/видео.htmlsi=n09tp_TC1EA56IjX There are some other issues that could be causing the symptoms, but the most common would be the shocks
