Thank you a ton for this video. I have a WM4370HKA and I was getting the time stuck on 9 minutes and it wasn't completely the cycle with the OE code. I thought it was the pump so replaced the one in the front, however I got a drain pump. Stil lhad the same noise and I ended up ordering a new unit since it would take a few days. After seeing your video I realized there are actually 2 pumps. After removing the rear pump we realized it was bad, so I got a new rear drain pump and front recirculating pump. Now the unit works again, and I saved nearly $1300 on a new one. I looked at a parts site that had every part listed, however it never showed the recirculating pump, just drain pump, so I assumed there was only one.
Great Video. I was glad to find your video because you have the more updated version of the LG like myself. It took some searching to find but I thank God. I was originally taking apart it after watching a video of only having one pump and couldn’t figure out why my new one was bigger. After putting everything back together to find that it doesn’t work was because I replaced the wrong pump and now I get to do it again. Happy learning and thanks again! My model is LG WM4370KKA for your description of other models.
