I own a fairly large cleaning company and can honestly say I’ve learned more useful info from you two since coming across your RUclips Chanel a few weeks ago , then any coaching or classes I’ve taken in the last several years . Great job guys
I just subbed. My wife and I started a commercial cleaning company in central Florida in August 2023. I am definitely going to go through your content here you guys have great info.
I don't understand where are all the likes ? Guys did such a great video here , invested their time and effort into it, lots of people charge money for information like this. These amazing guys giving it to us for free ! Its very simple for us to support them - just hit the like button as a token of appreciation!
You can use a 4-5qt plastic mixing bowl. For filling mop bucket perhaps. The trickt part is disposing of the water. I typically fill 2 gallons of water at a time. Maybe a better way
Hi, Chris! In our last live QA session, Matt answered your question and gave a profit margin of 25-45%. We know this is a large range, but he explains it's all about whether you're doing the work yourself or paying employees. Also the facility. With a larger facility, or network of facilities that fall under the same ownership, your profit margin may be lower, but the cost for the size makes up for this. For a smaller account, your profit margin may be closer to 45%. You can watch him directly answer here, however it is a members only video: ruclips.net/user/live27uU1YXuKNA?si=sFCsT0P_RYiFmzaO
These days, one can learn a lot on youtube! Taking the time to work with a company will provide you with great insight into how things are done in this industry. It can definitely prepare you to run a successful business on your own. RUclips is a great place to learn a lot of skills from experts in the industry, but there's nothing like getting in their hands on.
I think your original name was "Service Pros"?
You guessed it! Email marketing@octoclean.com with your information and the shirt you want: shop.octoclean.com/

Do I have to work for someone else to learn the ropes or can I just learn from RUclips and start with no prior cleaning knowledge?

Can you reach this amount without franchising?

My problem is im afraid of making costly mistakes
I liked when Greg was on a roll speaking.
