    When employees call out for work. Do you guys send supervisors or team leads? To clean the facilities how did you guys incorporate a team lead or supervisor and when did you think it was a good time to hire one? And what will be his task when an employee doesn't call out? And does he get paid for gas for driving to all the different facilities? or is it included in his pay

    • @OctoClean
      @OctoClean  5 месяцев назад +4

      Yes, the lead would cover in the event that someone calls out. The decision to hire a team lead will come when you are tired of going out and covering for other people yourself. In a perfect world, when they are not covering for callouts, they will train employees and perform quality assurance inspections. You can also upsell so they do additional work in the buildings. There's two ways of handling gas. You can offer a stipend that is automatically applied to your employee's paycheck or get an app that tracks mileage and pay an amount of your choice per mile. Hope this helps! Thanks for commenting, Lorenzo!

    hey this question is off topic to the video but I wanted to ask from where you guys source your Waxie solsta cleaning solution because It would appear the averagage user cant buy they're product. Do I have to become a member of some sort? Im looking to buying chemical as well as a solution dilution control dispensor. Any advice?

    • @OctoClean
      @OctoClean  5 месяцев назад +1

      Hi, thanks for your question! To get started with Waxie, you just need to contact their sales department. They can get you set up with an account. You can call in or use this link (info.waxie.com/get-started). You will have the opportunity to negotiate price based on how much product you will be ordering. Don't forget to let them know we sent you! This will hopefully help us to get a deal going for our subscribers if they see we are bringing them traffic. Thanks, again!

    Thanks for answering my questions in the video about throwing out a price during the walkthrough. I’m a little confused tho because in the video on how to close deals you say “if you don’t talk about money you will fail”

    • @OctoClean
      @OctoClean  5 месяцев назад +1

      Of course! Matt does say that in the How to Close a Deal video, but he isn't talking exclusively about the walkthrough. He mean that you need to discuss price beyond just asking what the budget is, and that could be during the walkthrough or more likely when you send your proposal after. It all depends on what makes sense to the conversations you are having with your prospect. Also, if you ask qualifying questions in the initial call you'll eliminate most people who don't fit your budget from the start. Thanks for all your comments! We appreciate you watching our videos!

    Should I ask a commercial company for full payment upfront or a percentage of the total amount before I start my service

    • @OctoClean
      @OctoClean  5 месяцев назад

      We charge on a monthly basis and don't begin collecting payment until a month after service has begun, but there are a few people who've commented that they charge in advance. It really is up to you and how much reserves you have in the bank.
