U guys are best
Hi from Papua New Guinea 🇵🇬 Really appreciate all the content you guys have put out. Thank you
Hello! Welcome to the team, we are happy to have you!
Hello from London
Hi, Mike! Glad to see you here!
What if your client wants to bypass your service agreement? I'm sure it happens in janitorial services at complexes but I'm new so
Is the service schedule same as a service agreement
Hello all
Love the content! What software do you guys use for billing and invoicing/collecting payments from clients?
We currently use Sage. Thanks for being a member!
I purchased the training cards & am curious how to best implement them? We currently utilize janitorial software with checklists on an app.
Hi, thanks for purchasing the cards! The digital checklists and physical training cards can work hand in hand. That is why we shared the editable version so you can make updates that reflect the systems you already have in place. Keep the physical cards on hand (on carts and janitorial closets) so they can be referenced without pulling a phone or ipad out. If you don't like that idea, you can cross reference the cards with your online checklists to see what you may be missing and make those adjustments. Maybe add the video demo to your online checklist.
Hey there, you said wall to wall vacuuming and mopping is weekly. Are you only looking for visible soiling or small items (pieces of paper etc) when daily mopping & vacuuming? I assume bathrooms are daily mopping?
Thanks!!!
Thank you for your question. Various factors, such as your service schedule, account type, and the specific area type, contribute to our cleaning approach. In all buildings, nightly tasks include the daily vacuuming and/or mopping of traffic areas, which can vary between locations.
Restrooms, being high-traffic areas, are consistently addressed with daily wall-to-wall cleaning under our service contracts.
How can i do a thorough building inventory? What are the items to be included/excluded and why?
This is an excellent question, one that will need to be addressed in great detail. Matt will provide an answer on our next live stream. Don't worry if you miss the live, as a member you have access to the video playback. Thank you for being a member!
