If you're experiencing frequent trips to the toilet, urinating only small amounts, overactive bladder, or urine dribble afterwards, you need to do bladder exercises. Incomplete bladder emptying can happen to men of all ages and thankfully bladder exercises can help you fix this issue. In this video I go through the top 3 stretches to release the muscles that might be impeding your urine flow. PSA: if you're noticing bladder issues and a reduced flow, go and get your prostate checked.

What was the result
I got all these strange urinary issue after chlamydia infection. Even after curing it, my urination is still strange. Thank you for your video.

at the climax of urination, that is when pressure is about to get over, you just make a light cough action. This will make the remaining urine to exit. 3 coughs max. Muslims are taught this technique because islam is all about hygiene and health.
Have been trying to apply your advice, seems to be helping me, thanks. Grew up with Muslim classmates, they never told me about this "trick" , lol 😊

I have been doing exercises for ten months and my issues is I still leak or drip when I start walking everyday is there some kind of exercise or some kind of procedure I can do
I pwerformed your second exercise which went well however when I performed pushing the right leg I developed a cramp.

Thanks Dr. ! Do you have a print-out available for these exercises. I'm 85 and that would be helpful. I appreciated your saying that these exercises can be done on a firm bed since getting down and back up from the floor is an issue for me now. I get up about four times a night to urinate, but I do drink a lot of water. Thanks for a clear and well explained video!

Hi Dr, My father is 79 years old and becz of UTI infection he had nephrectomy done and he is having left kidney...he is having paralysis on the right side , although walking and physiotherapy is on..
We tried removing catheter for the 3rd time today at 7.15 am and now he has passed very little urine.
