You totally forgot a very important detail! Some people's arms aren't long enough to reach their taint while they're laying flat on their back (long torso short arms). I don't even have dwarfism so imagine how much harder it is for them. Basically, your video is sooo not ADA compliant. Lol!

Yeah me too. I went from never not being able to have an erection despite having a considerably younger partner who was far more interested in sex than me to not being able to even get it up without a great deal of effort and even then, not achieving a reasonable hardness. That, plus I am experiencing some penile incontinence despite having done many many pelvic floor exercises consistently under supervision (occasionally). Looking forward to making a change as clearly my efforts have been only partially effective.

I felt HORRIBLE on it. After a year, I didn't care if I died, I was quitting. So glad I did. My PSAs are still under .05. I'd like a little more lead in the pencil, so I'll add these and modify my technique to match yours.
Take HIGH ammounts of vitamin d3 with k2. Mk7. Men with high levels of vitamim d3 have a way lower chance of getting prostate cancer and helps fight it too. Search for it here on youtube.

1725hrs. Gentlemen's agreement. I had my prostatectomy Feb' 2018 and after 3 or 4 months I regained good bladder control - but after radiation, the bladder control regressed. Have been doing kegels for years, but after watching your video I see I haven't been doing them properly. I'll give your method a try.
Gentlemen's agreement! When I wake up in the morning, my core muscles sometimes feel sore. After doing this routine once, my core muscles felt much better!

Dr Leckie. Is there a difference between exercises for recovery from prostate removal and those for penile erection or are they one and the same? Should l concentrate on one more?
I think the pelvic floor is important but in my case I think the issue is stress. I know this because I'm ready to go in the morning. I wake up hard, but that's not always convenient. I have hot showers and do breathing exercises, anything to help the parasympathetic nervous system. It's a slow process.
You can start happy baby one leg at a time, first right then left. Then do both together. Aim to reach the ribs with the knees. Breath out as you pull the foot down. Its a fantastic stretch regardless of ED. Take your time with it and persevere.

I don't understand when to apply pressure with the two fingers on the perineum. Do you apply pressure on the in breath? And how long do you apply the pressure for?
