Gentleman’s Agreement. Found this very useful, I’m 70 and when I pee I always feel I’ve finished but have to pee again a short while afterwards. Sometimes I’ll pee upstairs and need to go again after just walking downstairs which takes a few seconds. Will try waiting a bit longer in future and also going to give the exercises a go too. Gentlemen’s agreement. I’m a post prostatectomy survivor (67year old) going on 1.5 years. I’m still wearing a shield due to urine leakage. I’ve done kegel exercises but still seem to leak when I cough or sneeze. I will try the planks you suggested. I appreciate your content!
Thank you Eric for normalizing talk about this uncomfortable issue and for offering straightforward actions I can take to counter this condition. I attribute my weak core muscles, bladder control issues and bad lower back pain to the many years I spent in a desk chair slumped over a keyboard. I had no idea the problems I was creating. I think and I hope younger people are much more aware of this and that they put their health and fitness first.

Unfortunately cannot do No.2 because of my Arthritis and Osteoporosis in my knees and feet... I noticed that after I do the pee that after less than a minute have to go back for a second one.. Gentleman's agreement. I have had an overactive bladder since I was an infant. Now I am 69, and have an enlarged prostate, which throws everything off again. Your videos have been helpful, and I will practice your suggestions when ready...like five minutes from now. Next stop...your advice on shrinking the prostate. Thank you!

At my urologists office today they did an ultrasound of my bladder after peeing and said that it was completely empty, so I don't know about the double void but I will try it and see. As well as the planks and stretches that look really good. I am going to go to the channel and view your videos about Ed as well. thanks
I think I am getting somewhere with your suggestions. All problems are not solved, but there is a series of realisations. One of these is that if I have been sitting before the computer for a long time, then get up, naturally I will have accumulated urine.However, if I tell myself to flex the pelvic muscles, I can make it to the loo, but I should also get up more often to avoid the problem. Your previous suggestions regarding loosening the pelvic area have been helpful. Yoga is also helpful for consciousness of body and attention to breathing. Many thanks.
Gentlemans's agreement - I'm 54 and I just survived a Saddle PE operation 2 weeks ago. A widow maker. I have a long recovery. The Urinary catheter created some residual issues. Thank you for the information in this video.

GENTLEMANS AGREEMENT. Just completed radiation after my prostatectomy. leaking has slowed but with your exercise I hope to eliminate the leaking.
