Go to general to Turn on power saving if you only run one thing at a time. Then go to display turn resolutions all the way up, go to video fidelity and turn it up to maximum bits per pixel. Go to video modes and turn on basically everything. Just saved you 10 minutes of your time

Having a tv doesn’t give you controller latency so I don’t know what he’s on about. Controller latency is down to using wireless instead of wired!

choose what resolution your display has. if your display has a 4k resolution, choose 4k on your xbox, if your display has a 1440p resolution, than choose 1440p on xbox, and so on.

You must have selected the wrong override option. If you're playing on a tv select hdmi or standard. Then you should get higher resolution options.

Guys if your seeing this some TV's are the same mine works fine but some TV's can't handle it and make your game way too dark so if your tv says it can't handle it when the thing pops it don't switch to PC RGB

bit depth and color space are dependent on what your TV can handle. I highly doubt your TV/monitor is 12-bit, there's also settings you have to adjust like picture mode (on TVs) to accommodate true 4:4:4 chroma (PC RGB color space)
