Just update to the xbox X, couldnt figure out why i couldnt get 4k at 120. I changed 3 hdmi cables, had me re checking specs on my sony TV.. Solid video brother . Thanks for the tip 🤙

I really need some help I have a onn. Roku tv it’s basically the same as tcl but there isn’t a HDMI mode option. Do you know why?
On my tv when i go into hdmi mode i only have 3 options Auto (recommend) Standard, and compatibility. There is no HDMI 2.0. Can you help? I have a hisense 58 inch roku tv. I checked the back of the tv where you plug in the hdmi and it says it supports 4k at 60hz so i don’t understand why mine is different from yours?

I just got my Roku Tv.
I’ve tried every hdmi slot. It keeps telling me to enable advanced feature.
Then you can click enable or cancel.
I can never click enable only cancel.
It also says it doesn’t recognize my hdmi cord from my Xbox.
When I go to the tv inputs and I go to the right cable it shows rename and remove that’s it can someone help me?

This works on my insignia same kind of steps go to inputs extra setting.
Go down to advanced settings
Change from auto into hdmi 2

I have a 42" roku tv onn and I. hacked my settings I got 1080 p and 24 hz is that normal ? I feel like I flipped my hdmi wire
For some reason my xbox one x only works with the 1.4 or auto set. As soon as I swap over to 2.0 it just never shows the signal again until I swap it back to auto or the 1.4 hdmi. Similar TV and everything so no idea why this isn't working. Tried taking my hdmi out of the splitter to see if that would help but even with the high speed hdmi plugged direct into my first port it's still being weird with 2.0. Gonna try another cable and see, thanks for the information regardless! Glad it seems to be working for so many people, just gotta figure out why mines being weird now cause it shows the same TV display settings as yours before I swap over, then just nothing.

I’m having the same issues with the one x...had it hooked up to the tcl tv before and everything was fine..got a series x for my monitor and now I’m throwing the one x back on the tv...won’t scale up to 4k tho 😥
Did you follow the directions from the video? Also is your TV a 4K TV?
@@swiissjoker4 yea it’s the 55 inch TCL 4K HDR...it worked before but then I took the One X off this tv for about 6 months to use on my monitor

@@DragzFire HDMI ARK is only for your sound bar or surround sound. HDMI 1 & 2 is for console gaming

Make sure your TV is a 4K TV otherwise it's going to show the black screen trying to show 4K TV doesn't support it.

Hey I'm just wondering that 2.0 didn't pop up like it did when you went to the HDMI one for me I'm just really confused right now because a lot of the images in my games are looking extremely pixelated or very fuzzy like something's messed up screen and it's a brand new TV so that's not it and also this is happened on multiple other TVs and I clearly am just not smart enough to know what to do

I was trying to figure out with my 65 inch curve tv I have a series s it's basically the same thing and dashboard like the series s only in digital since mine is a smart TV mine does support 60 instead of 24 and 50 hz now I can finally figure out on the hdmi mode on TV settings

If anyone if having trouble having HDR appear even after you did all this steps I spent 5 hours trying figure out why it wouldn't load HDR I also have a Roku Tv 4k .. After you complete all of these steps make sure you go into settings and manually restart the Tv I found after I restarted my Tv in the setting it worked instantly .. I think it was having trouble trying to switch after I rebooted it worked first try 😎🔥

Hello! Mine isn’t showing 4k under, only 720 1080 and 1440. I have the tcl series 6 that supports 4k and 120Hz as well. My tv settings are set right and the Xbox still says my tv doesn’t support 4k. Any ideas?
Gonna need to buy a new TV because if the settings don’t show it there’s nothing you or I could possibly do except contact the manufacturer in which would have 0 chance of any help there either. They’re just gonna tell you to buy their newest model TV

Hello friend I have a tlc 50p615 and the same thing happens to me, but it lets me choose 50hz but it still appears that my tv does not support 60hz, the problem is that my tv does not have the hdm options anywhere from the first day I searched and Apparently it doesn't let you select
