In any case though this genuinely looks like a worthy Origins sequel and I think people who enjoy VR gaming are in for not just a great VR game but a great game in general. I wasn’t gonna let it being VR only or Quest 3 exclusive stop me from playing a new entry in one of my top three gaming franchises. Especially since it’s been 9 years since the last one.
For people saying motion sickness will stop people from playing this game, it is true that some will not be able to overcome this, but devs had stated that the majority of people don't get motion sick playing this game because of precautions they took. Bro my TV is gonna get thundercunted cause I’ll be so immersed in the combat
honestly i thought this game would be good from when it was announced my only problem is that you click a button to grapple instead of physically grabbing the grappling gun and shooting it
Looks like a headache
Less goo
GOTY contender????
Too early to say that
I never thought thos game was going to be bad. This footage looks cool but I never. Had low expectations. I just do NOT care about VR games and have been waiting too long for an arkham game to be shut out from playing one because it is VR on some exclusive hardware. It is just disappointing that this is the route that was taken, and I will probably always feel that way. If I ever get the opportunity, like maybe a friend has it, i will give it a try and will probably think it is neat.
This game is dead on arrival. First Gotham Knights, then Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League and now THIS. Warner Bros needs to give the fans/customers what they want instead of making useless 💩 nobody asked for
Technically WB didn't make it. From my understanding, Meta funded the production of the game entirely.
Sorry but this is a really bad take. First off, this game is 100% funded by Meta and developed by their in-house studio. You aren't being denied a pc or console game, you're getting an entry in the series that literally would not exist without Meta's investment. That said, you're ignoring ALL of the reports from both the Arkham and VR communities that this game is awesome. You have absolutely no idea what this experience is going to be like. People will BE Batman. You'll be inside the game, able to look up and see the Bat Signal, hit thugs WITH YOUR OWN HANDS. This will be so revolutionary I guarantee you that it will become one of the most respected games in the franchise.
This to me just feels like a wasted opportunity
That's crazy talk. VR when done right is FAR beyond non VR gaming
@@robarmstrong5404 what you mean done right? We've had only a few games in vr, and watching this ain't helping, you can't have the graphics of a ps5 or PC, the game will be two hours long max, the gameplay will be incredibly simplistic, the only thing that can help is the story, but other than that, it would have 100% been better as a normal game, they had the money and the time
@@Dariogrossi0 VR is wonderful piece of tech. You see real life scale, in "real life" 3D ( stereoscopic). Flatscreen videos about VR games are hilarious, because when you put the headset, you can't go back to flatscreen games. VR is revolutionary.
@@theloner6063 it maybe revolutionary, but it still ain't at a point to truly be immersed, at all, just cause you see things 3d don't mean nothing of the graphic is like the one of a PS1 game, maybe in the future, but as of now it ain't worth making a batman Arkham game in VR
Rocksteady games sucks batman games🤮🤮🤮 bring the Classic Back
I will pirate this and play on my quest 2
your quest 2 will overheat at 2 fps
@@Battinson nah, will run the actual game on my PC. Just like how you play other steam VR games.
