Assuming that women react and experience the same range of emotions, share the same honor code... is how so many men have been led astray. Aristotle and Schopenhauer observed that women can lie so well because if it benefits them, or the female cause, they simply don't experience guilt and remorse. The pervasive narratives from the 70's onward are intended to obscure that knowledge. It was a shocking revelation to know it was written about 2000 to 200 years ago, but it explains so much of the behaviors I've observed in modern times that kept me from ever getting married.
I started talking to a middle aged woman and she told me she has "trust issues" due to past experiences. I told her that sounds like a YOU problem and not MY problem and dropped her on the spot. Saved so much time and energy. Thank you Mr. Cooper!
Im 48 been single for the last 6 years. I live alone and am the happiest ive ever been. I do whatever i want, spend my money on whatever i want, go wherever i want, come home whenever i want. I answer to no one but myself... its pure bliss.
I’m 59 now , separated for effectively 10 years, don’t see me ever cohabiting again, have a couple of much younger women I see and enjoy myself with, they love my company too , it’s all good
@@laurencegoodwin4047 63 here, fit and in good shape, been seeing an OLDER WOMAN for the past 4.5 years but she's amazing in the physical department and NOT AMERICAN. she's 1.5 years older than me but in better shape than most women 20 to 30 years her junior. If we were to break up I'd be pursuing a younger woman, most women my age are a freeking shipwreck!
I guess I got lucky. I'm 53 she's 52. We've been together for three years. Been living together for two. My kids grown up. Her kids are grown up. She was married once for 27 years so I'm only the second man she's ever been with. She's awesome. Kind, witty, attractive, sex-positive. We get along great. When we disagree about stuff, it never turns into anything close to a fight. I think it really comes down to a woman's childhood. Her parents were really good to her. She had a couple of horses. She wasn't overly sheltered. She mentions her father a lot, and always in a positive way. Lots of funny stories. Great guy. Not an abusive bone in his body. I would say it's important to ask about a woman's childhood and her parents. More important than what her favorite band or movie is. I used to think that I needed an edgy woman because I thought I was an edgy guy. Not really. I'm just a regular guy who is sometimes entertained by edgy stuff...like lots of regular guys. I should say, however, it was a long hard road to find her. My only regret is I didn't meet her 20 years ago. She's from my hometown. But I had to go live a bunch of different places, even abroad for 10 years, get tangled up with a bunch of crazy people, before I finally met her. ASK ABOUT HER CHILDHOOD. If she starts smiling when she talks about it, that's a good sign. If she doesn't want to talk about it or if she mentions trauma, run.
Some of us are working through the trauma of childhood. There are more than one level. Doesn't mean people should run from us. There is no compassion in that. Instead, see if she is doing the work. If you are both at a similar level of working through trauma and past issues, then hang around and see what happens, see if you are a match.
That's a great tip 👍🏼 same for males. Bad childhoods produce troubled adults 😢 They unfortunately cannot have a healthy relationship. There was too much disfunction in their life 😢
I spontaneously came up with a comeback to, "Why don't you date someone your own age?" "I tried to date women my own age when I was younger, but they were all with much older men."
It’s our and our forefathers fault for being so stupid. We’re the first society dumb enough to structure our culture around female promiscuity. And we rewarded negative traits in women. Disagreeable, uncooperative, high body count, average looking but thinks they are a super model. We let that happen…
The worst part is I'm married, over the last several years single moms have hit on me from our church. I actually went to the pastor and recommended he do a sermon on the topic.
He can't, they are the ones filling the churches coffers with donations, hoping God has a plan for them and that God will just provide the right man for them, at the right time. The delusion is real.
Driving a fancy car has also created a whole layer of problems from attracting gold diggers , intentional pregnancy entrapment and expectations of fancy dinners and outings. When your showing off your wealth by driving these cars the type of people your attracting are the people you should stay away from.
True but don't expect women to be with you for you. As a Woman, I will advice you to life whatever lifestyle you want & make her sign a prenup during your dating process. Do it within a few weeks of the dating timeline, this so that you wouldn't have wasted years with her. Test the girl, if she has no problems with the prenup thing, you are safe. Boy, also, keep cameras at home for your own safety too. Be safe & not stupid. Good & Best luck to you.
They LOVE their baggage. They think it makes them more interesting and wise. I roll my eyes a little when I hear a woman talk about her past "trauma." When you dig a little, it's usually some petty shit they've been hanging on to because they love to dramatize their existence. One of my buddies in the Marines got shot through the face. He earned the right to talk about trauma, but he remained the most optimistic person I know.
My ex wife left me and blamed me for all sorts of things including cheating. I found many messages on her Facebook to a guy I knew she had a crush on in high school, 22 years ago. She miraculously ended up with him somehow. I simped to her apologizing and just short of begged her to come back until I found out she was dating him. If she is blaming you for something you know you didn't do, she is deflecting and telling you what she is doing do pay attention to that.
I commute almost 50 miles to work each day, last December i came in on a Friday, and i wasn't feeling well, but i had some things that i needed to deal with...at 5 i let myself leave an hour early...i sat in my car for an hour napping and trying to get up the strength to drive home...a female coworker came to my car concerned and knocked on my window to see if i was OK, she pleaded with me to follow her home to rest up and get some meds in me, i reluctantly did, but she took really good care of me, better that my ex ever did..she was almost in tears at my suffering...you cant put a price in that😊
When I was 50, I was transferred to a large city in the mid west. It gave me a break from all the females that I had socialized with. I came to realize, I was much happier without all the b.s. and drama than I had ever been in my life. No more bitter women looking for a retirement plan. I dated a couple of times in 8 years and decided then and there, no more baggage. Women telling me they were single, but still living with their husbands, having teenage kids, etc. Now, I'm 71 and out of the dating game for good. I couldn't be happier. I don't have to answer to anyone, I don't have to put up with anyone else's baggage, I can just be me.
When women are in their teens they are insane, and as they get older they get worse !!!! I have never married or had kids !!! I am Happy with my 2 Dogs !!!! Women have dozens of friends, family, grown up kids, ex husbands and you will be just a Stupid Doormat who works himself to death and gets nothing in return !!!!
100% truth. I recently went on a few casual dates with this middle aged mom, shortly afterwards I simply told her this wasn't for me/what I'm looking for. She got super upset: saying that she's always fearful of rejection, that I finally brought some happiness to her life, that all she's known is rejection from guys, etc. Yeah..no thanks. Tons of emotional baggage.
@@rgn87654 Everyone deals with rejection in life, but my point was how (in my case) this woman clearly couldn't handle a minor rejection, and how obvious it was that she had baggage/issues. Any mature grounded adult wouldn't have reacted that way, this was just my personal anecdote.
I'm literally going through this right now. My ex was younger so I decided to try to date closer to my age. Holy shit. More drama, more complicated, more requirements and just less hot. Just don't.
While it's true, how do you handle immaturity, and dare I say, stupidity, of younger ones? At least an older woman is probably less dumb and can hold a convo beyond talking about the latest celebrity gossip?
@@ma2000 Nailed it! Also, most women in their 20s are gonna have zero interest in a 50-year-old dude, unless he's rich...in which case, you know she's only there for the money. Is that what you really want?
I will never forget my ex recounting to me her "winnings" from her previous marriages. The retirement she's taken from one ex-husband. The child support from another. The whole time she's talking I'm wondering what she's going to try and get from me.
So, here's how I play those types: Turn them into the nastiest sex slaves you possibly can, and always know that it cannot be a forever girl. They are obviously using you, but that's no reason to dump them. Counter by using them back, and get all the best of them for yourself for as long as you possibly can. NEVER let on that you know you are being used by them, because you don't owe a user that truth. Play a wise game of chess, and never let them know all that you know. Your power is your knowledge of their mind, and their lack of knowledge of yours, always.
@@SphinctersForever I guess that would be a good strategy if I was looking to play games with a sex slave. But I'm not. I'm looking for one of those mythical women who make a guy stronger by offering him good counsel when needed, and are a safe harbor that a guy can trust to have his back. My ex obviously looked like that to at least two other guys - which is why I was with her at that time. But until I find one of those mythical women, I'll just work on making my situation better and better.
@@SphinctersForever such bad advice man, here is mine: court her, be romantic, flowers, chocolates, picnics in the park, romantic strolls on the beach, vacations together, you pay for everything obviously because you're the man,the key is no sex until you get married, i read that she will be a born again virgin if you treat her right and will be loyal in the long term
@troysmith5749 She later revealed that she had herpes - after we'd been together for 4 years. Tried to say she forgot to tell me. She was full of trickery and deception.
I'm 42 and am with a 24 year old. It doesn't matter the age; keep your frame. Don't lose yourself for anyone. My ex is now 48, and I've dated all ages from 48 to 22 as a 40 something. This isn't the age of soulmates. I'm not saying be a jerk, just stay true to yourself, no matter what. Try to be a good man, keep pushing to the next level, seek love but love yourself first.
I'm 37, in great shape, am social, charismatic and outgoing. I've been rejected by tons of girls ranging from 18 to mid-20's because I was "too old". Hell, I've met girls who guessed me to be 25 (I take great care of my skin and look 10 years younger than I am) who lost all interest when I told them my actual age. I agree with the philosophy. I date women who are much younger than myself but the problem nowadays with hook up culture is that a woman can be 23 years old and have a tremendous amount of psychological baggage already.
I'm dating my own age, mid 50s mostly because of their maturity and intellectual which comes with life experience. Many have their shit together, you just need to know your own value and find the ones willing to recognize it.
Im 57. Personally I would have zero interest in dating my own age. I just dont even see them as sexual partners. I must be wired differently to you. I have some female friends my own age and there company is nice for a coffee or a quick catch up but beyond that nothing. For me personally I would need to be with someone 15 years younger but if it works for you and you do find them sexually attractive and they have their own shit together I imagine as long as you dont marry or live with them it must have its advantages.
Exactly. This guy is delusional thinking that younger women would want a man old enough to be her father. They will see you as a sugar daddy or just a daddy.

I like how Rich was talking about the subject one sec and once he seen that Maserati his brain automatically focused on the car to talk about it LOL. Keep up the great content Rich
I like the car analogy. In the early 00's I had a heavily modified early 90's 5 series. Think 525 that ran with M5's. I named it Heidi (Klum). When asked why, my reasoning was the car was like an aging swimsuit model. Looked great, fun to drive, but she was expensive to keep happy.
oh man, women HATE when men use the car analogy.....we're not cars! no, it's an ANALOGY...... I use cars for a LOT of scenarios because most people have a car and have some basic understanding of what it costs, how to drive, etc.
@@bradtyson E34 M5 had a straight six. E39 was the V8. E34 525i manual would still need a lot of engine work, diff gears, brakes, suspension to match the M5...which was a weapon.
@@bradtyson Not knowing anything about the engines themselves, right off the rip your statement is erroneous. It isn't the number of cylinders that matters, it's the displacement as well as the HP and torque being produced. You can have a 1L v8 that makes 42 hp and you can have an inline 6 that makes 100,000 hp. It's also about power to weight ratio: you can have a fully loaded v8 vehicle that weighs 4500 lbs with 350 hp and it'll lose to a v6 vehicle that is stripped down to 3000 lbs with 300 hp. And don't even get me started on tires.
I'm 26 and I'm just done with dating. I'm not some millionaire, but I make 6 figures, own my own home, started and sold a business and I have a lot of free time. Most girls my age are still partying and figuring out their lives. Older women have too much baggage.
They are not figuring out anything, they have no incentive to do so. I believe female homelessness will reach a record number in the near future. The only alternative I see which is always a possibility is that f******s governments overall impose some craze male-only tax. Just wait and see.
@EagleEye Mcgee they don't get any better, I'm 40 and the amount of women I know in their late 30's and 40's that have zero savings and live pay to pay. But hey, they got good instagram photos and experiences🙄
Smart man. Want to keep what's yours? Don't shack up, marry or impregnate (especially a western woman) and if you decide you're going international make sure you move THERE and not bring them HERE or they'll be ruined as soon as they make friends with other women. I want HALF Eddie! Remember the line from Eddie Murphy RAW?
I had a brief encounter with a 35year old woman that had divorced 2 guys and 2 kids from each man. She looked great but the emotional/mental trouble and drama killed me. She always was volatile and full of suppressed resentment towards men.
Got divorced around Rich’s age. Had an ltr with a twenty something after. It was good for a while. Then the issues from her “ young past “ started showing up. I bounced. Actually tried dating a thirty something single mom. Yikes. Then connected with an old friend in her mid forties. Divorced, adult children. I can only really say two things: Social media has destroyed women from 20-50. The similarities I saw in all three of the women in this regard was fascinating. Second, NO single moms ever. I’d say “ spin it “ if you want, but NO. It’s almost not even worth discussing at this point. Just hit and run. To that point, Rich’s talk about the older car rebuilt? You’re not going to drive it every day. Maybe on a Sunday when it’s nice out. Maybe in the summer. But definitely not daily, occasionally weekly. That’s not about cars. ✌🏻
Im a 34 year old woman and (even though it hurts) I dont blame men for having this perspective. If I were a man, I'd 100% be listening to this guy's advice.
You forgot her friends, family, pets, job, co-workers, casual acquaintances, hobbies, and social media. That makes you 10th fiddle if my math is correct.
Have to agree, I went there to see what it was like. Never again. I still remember when I asked one of the kids to put some rubbish in the garbage bin, she went straight to his defence and said to leave it for the other brother who wasn’t even home. I said no why leave it, she then defended him saying he does everything. That’s when I knew as an outsider you have no authority. Straight up I said this ain’t for me sorry. Bye 👋
Exactly. Dated a single mom with 2 kids. They want you to put in work for the kids when it's good for them but when it comes to voicing your opinion it's entirely ignored. You'll never be anything more than an emotional support dog.
When it comes to dating older women with kids one of my coworkers put it best when he said "I'm not into displaying other mens' trophies in my cabinet."
It’s actually how you feel. I dated a single mom, fucking never again. Just hearing her boast about her kids and how good they are doing just made me sick, I’m like this is another mans kids not mine. I seriously don’t know how anyone can step parent as a man. I don’t get it. It felt so fucking wrong. I got out quick smart
I am 35yrs,with a 5 yr old. I can relate to all these. Morals are lacking and it seems both sides(men/women) are sharing same relationship problems. The thing is we look for someone to fill a hole that only God can fill. Love is truly unconditional. I've learnt to respect myself, not force issues and just walk away if there's no peace.but I'll fight before i walk and never look back if i do. God bless our hearts n fill us with unconditional lv
The problem is, self is the opposite of God. This generation is focused on self & they are looking for a relationship to fulfil their wants & needs. Relationships are about true love (sacrifice). No one wants to sacrifice, & everyone wants to take. In order to follow Jesus, we have to come to the end of ourselves.
The best analogy I was ever told was by this Japanese chick way back in the day. She referred to herself and other women as Christmas Cake. Intrigued, I asked her to explain. She said on the 23rd, everyone wants Christmas Cake. On the 24th, some people still want Christmas Cake, but most people already have it. On the 25th, It's already Christmas and everyone already has cake so there is no desire to buy Christmas Cake any more. So she told me that in Japan the girl's are taught to try and find a husband by 24 at the latest or the run the risk of being discarded Christmas Cake.
In China they call them "leftover women". If they aren't married and having kids by their late 20's, all the men wonder what's wrong with them and why no one wants them
a smart man buys his cake after christmas when the prices are dropped down. The overall point as well is you can make an analogy for anything but half the time they're not perfect analogies.
@@loverofhumanity If cheap is what you want, then a smart man buys the ingredients for the cake well before Christmas, that way he can mould the cake how he needs it to be.

I'm a mature woman. This is my two cents. Relationships succeed or fail based on emotional maturity and when both reject the idea that it's my mates job to make me happy. This has nothing to do with age. Some people get good training growing up others don't. Some learn through trial and error while others become bitter and resentful, blaming and shaming the opposite sex instead of turning inward and changing the only person they can, which is themselves. Only then can they appreciate whats beyond the superficial money, looks, etc. and see what's truly valuable. I would rather live under a bridge with an unattractive man who knows his value doesn’t come from money or looks but from how well he treats himself and others
Women love to talk about "emotional maturity" when they have no clue what they are talking about. It's akin to a fish talking about water quality. Just because they swim in it doesn't mean they know a damned thing about it, and don't still shit in it.
As a semi retired single male farmer at 55, I completely agree with your stance. Chances are, you are happily married with that attitude. If not, we should talk. lol.
A bunch of girls around my age, (44) were heckling me while I sat at the bar talking to a girl in her early 20's. I could hear them talking shit from their table. When I finished my drink and headed for the door, they said to me as I walked by, ' shes old enough to be your daughter. ' I wish I has a quick snappy comeback, with some red pill wit, but I just kept chuckin' and didn't even acknowledge them.
A few older ladies said that to me a couple of times and did they have disgusted looks on their faces when I said to them, "and yous are all old enough to be my mother."
I was in a situationship with an 18 year old at 29. I didn’t even think about the age difference until a coworker in her 40s mentioned it in a somewhat annoyed way. She quickly corrected herself because she realized how it sounded but it is something that gets to them.

Younger women these days have much more dangerous (internet) history then their predecessors. With possible films/pictures of their escapades from college days . . . Age has nothing to do with being safe investment anymore, character is only measure for it.
As a 33 y.o. guy who's dating a 27 y.o. I agree with this sentiment. My ex was 33 while I was 32, the one before that was my age, the one before that was 35 while I was 29. The age doesn't matter really as there are so many people out there with psychological issues.

I found someone from my Church who was my age 50's and thought she could be something special. But it turns out even women who go to Church who are supposed to be mature are no different than anyone else. Like most empowered women she's living with years of making bad decisions.
Oh, church is probably one of the more likely places to meet women who have been run through by multiple dirt bags and who are there simply for the temporary relief they can feel from their bombed-out lives. In fact, I used to know a dirty semi-christian guy who plied churches for women and had quite a fair amount of success there!
Don't assume that people who go to church are "supposed to be" anything other than any other person. Going to church is about a relationship with God. It doesn't automatically make you a person with no issues. People are seeking salvation, and rightfully so.

I'm old and have been with/experienced a lot of women. If you're looking for your forever partner, here is a checklist of issues that I've found that will complicate relationships to the point of failure: 1. No women with kids if the dad is still alive...seriously, if he's not in the ground run. 2. No women that have been sexually abused...very sad but a lot potential mental and emotional issues. 3. No women that have drinking or drug abuse issues. 4. No women that have been adopted (cruel stance but lot's of abandonment issues). 5. No women that are violent or physically abusive (they don't change). 6. No women that have extreme jealously or low self esteem issues.

To those who complain about how he's talking about relationships like a "consumer", think about this: Would you advise a woman to "grow up" and pick a man who has emotional baggage? No? There, fixed it for you.
Well, everyone comes with a little baggage. You just have to pick what kind of baggage, and how much, you’re willing to deal with. But imo part of being in a relationship is being able to support a partner with their issues... that’s what makes a good relationship so beautiful :) I would advise a woman (especially an older woman) to not write off a man just because he has a few imperfections, a rough past, etc, as long as he’s generally a good guy

I developed a life philosophy when I was 31. Don’t get involved with a single mom unless you mean it. In other words, don’t play a single mom. I didn’t date from age 31 to age 47 when I met a 52 year old newly divorced single mom. We’ve been together 18 years. She’s a beautiful human being and so is her 29 year old daughter who was 12 when I started dating her Mom. Yes, there was baggage. We all have baggage. But we helped each other through our baggage and continue our healing journey from that baggage……….together. .
Great video. Completely agree, if there aren't any signs that someone has had a decent length of time being single (i.e. not even dating) after previous relationships, avoid, avoid, avoid. It's not easy to drop baggage, having just done this for myself, it takes work and time to process and understand how trauma has changed you as a person and make corrections to that, (e.g. losing the victim persona, stupid habits like the ironing example etc). I wouldn't even consider dating someone with kids under 16 these days, much kinder to turn away and let them give that time to their kids and themselves to process any residual trauma, before they get back on the dating market again as a truly healthy, reasonable person
Very wise words..as a divorced 56 year old ….she is spot on… you need time to heal …time to focus on yourself…eventually when you are a better version of yourself and when you aren’t even looking…you will attract someone just by being in a good headspace and being kind to yourself.
I must be an anomaly. Age 42, never married, no kids, all natural, independent, dodged a few bullets (men) in life, not used, not abused, no trust issues. Never settled. Trying to warn my twin brother going through a divorce and sharing your videos. My predicament is that men are afraid to date faithfully and marry for the right reasons anymore. I get it. So, like many of the men here who refuse to marry, I refuse to as well and came to terms with the fact that may never find a partner for life- whatever that looks like. The system is broken and women have ruined it for some of us. Don't get married, the system is broken. Follow your heart, take care of your body and your soul, and if it's meant to be, maybe you'll bump into a compatible partner that has no agenda.
I never married or had children !!! I am 69 now and I don't know any men of my age who are happy like me !!! They are all married and wish they were dead !!! I live in my own place with my 2 Dogs and I enjoy every day, although life is miserable for most people that I know !!!! If you rely on someone to make you happy, then you will always be unhappy !!!!
The best relationships are that first love. You work together and stay together. Then there is no baggage or all these situations. I tell my niece and nephew True love only happens once.
As someone who have experience with dating women within that age , I have a be advice : STAY AWAY , THE JUICE ISN’T WORTH THE SQUEEZE NEVER DATE ANY WOMAN OVER 29 .
This is 100% correct!! I’m 38 and the last have in the past while in my 30s had a a few different chics in their young 20s and my one ex who is 3 yrs older than me thinks I like young girls and says what man wants younger girls she just does get it and that that’s how it goes them young girls have way less baggage this is completely accurate!! Listen to this guys! My sons mother is now 26 and my son is 4 and she was a complete sweetheart! Stick with the young chics men!! And they love guys older than them so it’s very easy to make them Laugh and feel comfortable with you and hook up with them the thing about older men is we don’t give a damn and we’re not nervous around females and that’s where talking to them come easy compared to a male in his 20s not all but a ton
Well,me not being born with looks or wealth seems to have been an automatic bullet proof dodging mechanism. And somewhat older now, I have checked out the senior women dating sites. It was traumatic .
@@Cocoisagordonsetter they don't get over it, they just adjust to it, this is a culture that worships physical beauty for both sexes, if you lack that, you are ignored most of the time, it's tough to compensate for that, I've seen lots of pretty babes come to ruin, men too -- can't say I feel sorry for them
@SM-cg5uy . Thankfully. I'm watching palms and sunsets. It would be great if my frozen lady friend was here, but she's too stuck where she is,no way out.
Ah Rich, this one hits home. I’m a single chap, early 50’s, 6’2, wealthy, couple of Ferraris etc… and I’ve been dating from 20’s to late 40’s over the last few months. The younger ones are certainly a lot more fun however I would say they’re not as reliable. My perfect woman is around early 30’s just as they’re starting to realise the beauty is not going to last for ever.
Well said Im 41 Dated from 19 to 38 And your absolutely correct the younger the more there mindset is off I prefer 28 to me at my point in life those are the best
I hope you realize this isn't gender-specific. I dated a man just like this. It's hard to date when you're in your 50s and even older. Some people have so much baggage that they haven't even unpacked yet. They rush into these relationships after divorce, hoping to find the cure before they even do any work on themselves. This applies to both men and women.
I have a 20 year old Z06 Vette that I bought new (bucket item) it was never my main ride as my pickup held that honor. I drive it every 7-10 days about 20 miles. I maintain it and it’s never let me down. Don’t want a new 2nd car with all the complexity they have today. Also still married (30 years) to the girl who suggested I buy it in 2004. See, some stories have a happy ending.
@@jsd354 what a shame. you could drive the shit out of that Z06 every single day and as long as you warm it up and keep up with maintenance it would never let you down. Why do all vette guys treat them like garage queens? It's an insult to everyone that can't afford one..
I think every man comes to these conclusions by the time they reach middle age. I'm now 66 and I thank God every day that I am single. No more drama for me. 😊
I wonder if anyone has had this experience. I was casually dating a divorced woman, 48 yrs old with 2 teenage kids. She made out like a bandit from her marriage as her ex was a 7 figure alpha type. Over the 2 years I knew her I realized that her divorce was not only a badge of honor but I came to strongly suspect that she was seeking out a man to marry for the sole purpose of getting a second divorce under her belt. She had romanticized divorce to the point that it was the ideal and she regarded people with multiple divorces as having god-like social status. Has anyone experienced this phenomenon?
Yes....I woman will marry a man knowing she's going to divorce him years later and take his dough....happens all the time.... and she'll make his life miserable on purpose so to trigger him so she'll feel better about her deceit...... be careful......
It is a badge of honor. It's used the same way as men use notches on the belt. It's a win for her the same way the free test drive is a win for you. All is fair in love and war.
This is the first time I have ever seen your channel. I am a 55 year old divorced man and I’m so glad you put this on you tube. You are so spot on about middle aged women!!!! I have never dated a younger woman or girl in my entire life so that would be a bit odd for me ha ha. This was a fantastic video and I’ve been telling the same thing to the young technicians I work with.
I drive a 1969 Chevy C10 truck every day 🤷🏼♂️. I find it much less troublesome than new ones. I had a new truck in the dealer for a month just to change a speed sensor which happened to be deep inside the transmission 🤦♂️. I sold the damn thing and went back to a old school ride that I can actually fix when problems arise. Been driving my 69 for 3 years now and haven’t walked home yet. New stuff is great when it all works, and hell when it doesn’t. If my 69 has trouble I can fix it with a few wrenches and a screwdriver. Plus it’s WAY cooler than the new ones 😎
You're right man, 100%. No doubt. Great advice. That baggage can start a lot earlier than most guys think too. Just because you meet a girl in her mid to later twenties doesn't mean she doesn't have a lot of baggage already. I'm talking from experience because it happened to me. Luckily I woke up just in time and got out of that relationship. This man driving the car knows what he's talking about 👍
I’m not so sure this is all that helpful. I’m divorced and 53. I don’t have the desire to go clubbing with a 25 year old hottie. That’s not my thing anymore. But I also don’t have the bank account to be anyone’s sugar daddy. I make a decent living as an attorney and have several sports cars and a very nice house, etc. Where would I even meet 25 year olds? What we even talk about? Why would they want to get mixed up with a guy my age? Just to use me for free dinners and a nice place to hang out? So what’s the answer? What’s left for guys like me are women 40-50 with kids. Not really what I want, but I have two kids myself, so how hypocritical is that? I’ve had a few women offer to be “friends with benefits”, but I don’t want to use these women for sex anymore than I’d want to be used fir money. You’re great at telling people what to avoid, but not all that helpful in helping guys find real connections with women after a divorce. Avoid all single moms. Got it. Avoid women 30-50. Ok. So I’m supposed to creep on 20 somethings who wouldn’t find me as physically desirable as a 20 something guy … and wouldn’t be on my level of life experience anyway. Not to mention the 20 something woman will eventually want a baby of her own. So the advice is basically to just stop even dating. Stop looking. Just watch sports at home or go eat alone at Applebees? Rule out all these groups and you’re left with nothing. And that’s the sad reality I see. Men writing it off and accepting that they will die alone. Don’t get me wrong - being single has its perks. But advice on what and how to find someone worth being with would be much more helpful.
You are very realistic and have very valid points. You also sound like a decent person. I think similarly about dating. I think most people, men and women, are dating and get into relationships for shallow reasons. I've always thought that. No wonder hardly any relationships and marriages stand the test of time. People primarily focus on the wrong things when they seek a parter.
Hi Rich, just a middle aged women with kids in tow. I’ll be living out my days in the pasture just minding my own business. 😆 All jokes aside, I really do love your content and point of views.
There are lots of great guys out there, Jamie (if you want them, but maybe you don't). You have a sense of humor about it, so I'm sure you're doing well.
Look at the woman in the mirror. Ask her to change her ways. No message could have been any clearer. If you want to make the world a better place take a look at yourself and make a change.

All true, my ex brought all kinds of baggage. She disguised it very well. But as we know that mask falls sooner or later and when it does tons of crap comes falling out and displays itself.
Remember that not all "Baggage" is truthful and honest. There's a certain advantage to making up hardships when dealing with trusting and empathetic individuals.
No matter the age of the woman, in my experience, THE most important question to ask (or observe, behaviorally) is how they get along with their dad. If they don't have a good relationship with their father - no matter whose fault it is - run, run away fast! No woman who has a poor relationship with her father, is worth the time/effort, etc. The ROI is horribly negative. No exceptions.
Certainly, choice advice, based on my experience as a bachelor for almost 70 yrs. Most men are focused on looks and punnanny, and are not self-aware enough to observe her relationship with her father no matter what her age, IMO.
It's funny how the people who are most likely to tell you that you shouldn't date younger women are the ones that are most unhappy, overweight, and living a loveless life.
and well, 20 years ago, they would have done the same exact thing with the older men except they were not attractive enough to do it. sour grapes made flesh.
@John Grigg I'm sorry dude. As a man, you have to always be analytical about relationships. There will always be beautiful women who make your heart sing. A good practice is to write down the facts on paper and look at those to decide whether or not to be with a girl.
@John Grigg Damn I'm sorry man. It's unfortunate that this world teaches us to only empathetic to women and not men. We go through life facing hard problems alone and if you suggest that you should be treated fairly, then everyone thinks of you as an a**hole. I was talking to this girl the other day about children and how it's not fair that men basically have no rights when it comes to children being born and the financial responsibilities. As a man, you basically have to wait and see if the woman will force you to pay for a child regardless of if you want it or not and if you don't pay you'll go to prison. This girl had absolutely no empathy for men and she said he should simply be more careful with who he sleeps with. Imagine if we told women that if they get r@ped it was because they weren't careful with who they associated with.
Spot on. I was in a beach bar in Wilmington NC and a mid-40s blonde chick started crying to me because she was selling their beach house during a divorce. She kept saying he found someone younger and she was a cheerleader when she was younger. She was a wreck and a Debby Downer. I listened to her because it was slow that night, but jeez, ole girl was down bad. So much emotional baggage as they get older.
I'm 26 yrs old, never dated or been with a man simply because I was always "fear" driven about a relationship with what I saw growing up (pregnant girls in high school, not married, baby daddy not present in their life, etc,...). Unfortunately what men talk about and complain about....it is true & I have also seen it growing up. Women are not being taught anything these days. No respect, very controlling, rude and very careless how they navigate relationships. Doesn't compare to relationships in the past.
No extreme is good. The average women takes to the unhealthy life-ruining extreme, but then there's also the having little to no experience and not knowing yourself or what you would love to have in a relationship, so there's that self sabotaging fear to deal with. I'd be careful about that in your case, but it is certainly the issue with 99% of men in this red pill community. Balanced/healthy people simply don't relate to what these guys or what feminists complain about in the other gender, they see the world through a different lens of love and understanding.
Good for you, it's not a bad thing. You can make a guy prove hes serious and your family approve before giving yourself. He can't complain you already gave it before.
Older women with that experience of the baggage of life's pain and lessons should be ones grooming and giving the advice you're giving to men and young women so they preserve their value of innocence, purity, enthusiasm and joy of love and service to the man who they are going to marry and be dedicated to for their lifetime...and they will be happy to be with.
Im 31 and since my early twenties I've had some older women in my life. Older women are fun to play with and be a chew toy for. In my experiences I've been treated really well and catered to by them. It blows my mind though that men consider seriously dating any women older than 35 to 40.
Same kind of thing happened to me, the first time I was still in high school. "...fun to play with and be a chew toy for." True! When it was over and done, educational it wasn't. But it sure was fun.
don't even know how to accurately describe how accurately you have described it. just unbelievable. one of the many red flags i got was when my ex decided one day she wasn't going to sew anything for me anymore. to the point of a huge blow up argument when i tried to figure out why she wouldn't sew anything for me anymore. this is a woman with 2 sewing machines and had previously sewn multiple items for me. she is very good at sewing and whether she took pride in her work or not i absolutely did. i praised her work whenever she sewed something for me. and one day she just turned that shit off. she broke up with me a year later. the girl that i had known for 23 years who told me: "i'll never hurt you..." i miss her everyday but i'm better off without her whether i want to be or not.
It's always been pretty clear to me. Most men will put up with a lot of shit for a good woman. If an older woman is single, odds are she has baggage. Are there exceptions? Probably, but why put yourself through that when you don't have to.
True guys but the point is if she is older and single odds are she left a guy, and you're next, or the guy left her because he was tired of putting up with it. It isn't worth it.
Being strong, single, and capable of fixing things gets me a lot of attention from middle aged women, especially from the single moms. But, I see them mostly as damaged goods with just as much drama if not more than the young pretty girls.
I find the purple haired land whales on the sidewalks shouting their abortions to be the absolute worst, followed by junkies and thieves, but single moms are no picnic.
I agree on many points. I have typically dated women 10-15 years younger than me. The problem is that many are spoiled and immature. So that is also baggage and a learning curve. There can be work on both sides.
I like your vids and I do think they are generally true. It’s just a bit unfortunate as there are women like myself that have done the work, don’t carry their past in to their future and would never dream of bringing the baggage into another person’s life. Life is a choice to be happy each day and to live with gratitude for what is to come. Generally though, I agree many women (and men) are stuck in the past.
I agree. I think as human beings issues surface because we are human. It’s how you handle it and how you conduct yourself going forward that matters. The past is the past, for all of us. No one gets out unscathed. You have to have enough of a compelling vision for your future on your own to avoid this behavior. Most woman and people in general forget this part and that is why they keep acting out their past.
Watching this after a date with a hot 40 y/o married Brazilian woman. You’re exactly right. One therapist once told me when it came to women to ask myself just one question: “Has she done the work?”
If you wanna be successful, you most take responsibility for your emotions, not place the blame on others. In addition to make you feel more guilty about your faults, pointing the finger at others will only serve to increase your sense of personal accountability. There's always a risk in every investment, yet people still invest and succeed. You must look outward if you wanna be successful in life.
Let's not forget that the biggest payouts in the market's doesn't come from great performance but rather it's great promotions. Stay invested, diversification for streams of incomes is very very important and with the right skills and proper understanding of how the market's works.
Younger women are more attractive physically and are fun. But what am I adding to their lives? That's what's missing here. Those young women should be with young men. When I'm 38, the best thing is for me to be with someone my age (maybe a little younger) and be additive to that woman's life. Does she have baggage? Yes. Has she messed up? Yes. Well, guess what I'm 38 and looking for a woman, so I've messed up too. Have some compassion. Expect the woman to add to my life but hold myself accountable for adding to her life too. When I call her on being selfish (iron the damn shirt) I should also listen to her sob story and give her a hug. Make sure she's giving and make sure I'm giving.
Different opinion - I don't expect someone with 0 hardships in their life. I've overcome a lot of challenges to get where I am today and am stronger because of it. There's LOTS of types of baggage/red flags I won't accept but there's some really strong women that are middle aged.
I'm 46/married woman, been with my husband who is a combat veteran for 20+ years and we have been through major stuff together. I am much better at coping with life than I ever have been. I am definitely stronger and more resilient and I have worked on my own toxic behaviors to hopefully be a better person. I was toxic when I was young. I'm glad to hear a man say he values middle aged women, even though I'm not looking.
Excellent thinking. There is a world of difference between the woman with baggage who continuously makes bad decisions, never learns from mistakes, blames others and is permanently damaged and ---------------------------------------> the woman who has had zero struggle and and completely immature. There is a nice balance in the middle and there you'll find the woman who will truly love and appreciate a good man.
This content is gold for young and mature men. Because when I was 21 (now 31), I used to think that women 30+ years old were more intelligent and with less trauma/psychological problems than younger women. We think that they are mentally more mature, and they are going to understand men's issue objectively. But it's totally the opposite. Remember that these 30+ years old women put rules to men to have a little of fun on bed, but they totally gave their body to alphas men in their golden years. A woman exist to enrich men's life. We men are naturally conquers not courtiers.
I was dating a woman around 24-25 and she was already damaged. Her ex husband always would cheat on her by going to the gym, supposedly. He wouldn’t come home until 2-3 am. I believe because she was annoying. When she kept blowing up my phone throughout the day. I too found her annoying and bounced. Recently, I had an 18 year old ask me out to the gym. I'm 35 and while it's odd hooking up with a woman that is 17 years younger than me. She doesn't argue. She listens and doesn't start drama for no reason.
DISAGREE Dated a 20 years old and they don’t have the ability, experience or even notion about how to have a relationship. Dating a 35-45 year old women means your dealing with all the problems from their past, that they can't let go of. Don't waste your valuable time buying damaged goods that can't be fixed. Guaranteed there is zero chance of fixing the deep seated issues of these damaged women. You can waste years of your life trying. Trust me I've been there and done that.
It isn't about age, it's about character. The man that seeks out a good woman will find one. The superficial men that look at a woman's body without considering that there's a person in there, gets what he deserves.
sorry but character is lacking in most people today, women are just as superficial as men, often more so, truth is most women in surveys reject 80% of all men, so what is left to them are players, bad boys, and pretty boys -- not a great husband pool
It isn't a man's character that attracts a woman, it's his money and appearance. A man that looks at a woman's body to determine if he's attracted to her isn't being superficial, he's being a straight male.
@@devilsoffspring5519 Next time you drive by divorce court and see the beautiful women outside, remember, there's a guy for each one of them who is now miserable and broke.

What gets me is how women will constantly talk about what was done to them, but they never what they did to others.
Correct, don’t kid yourself, some of these “victims” were actually the abuser. I think it’s a guilt trip to control the next guy in line.
Exactly!
Accountability is their kryptonite.
If something they did to someone is brought up they will say it was a justifiable response to some imagined slight.
Cooper!

When I was 50, I was transferred to a large city in the mid west. It gave me a break from all the females that I had socialized with. I came to realize, I was much happier without all the b.s. and drama than I had ever been in my life. No more bitter women looking for a retirement plan.

I would rather live under a bridge with an unattractive man who knows his value doesn’t come from money or looks but from how well he treats himself and others
what a pack of lies.
Do you live under the bridge?

Rich....this is so spot on. I'm a car guy as well and your video made so much sense to me. Just finalized my second divorce early this year and there will not be a third one. Thanks to your channel and others like yours my mind and focus are much sharper than before. I have not dated since my divorce because I'm working on myself and I am not yet ready to let someone else in. I may not ever. I'll give dating a chance, friendships and relationships but no more marriage. I'm getting close to a mindset and comfort with my new life and new me that I will probably start getting out more and see what's out there....truth be told its a bit scary. I'm 63 but don't look it. I look more like early 50's so I'm told. Definitely will be looking for someone younger 45-55 with minimal issues :) Unicorn baby LOL Thanks Brother!!!!!!!
Thanks, Rich. I hadn't looked at it this way but you're absolutely right. Also, I finished your book in about three days and bought a copy for a young man I know. I think it'll be good for him.
How freaking true this is. I dated a lot before I met my second wife and the baggage starts young. And they can't get over it. Most can't anyway.

@@whitneyw.7919 Because she can.

@Bagpussisevil Did you let him know?
Dosn't surprise me in the least. A great way to improve your "net worth" without working for it.
Are you suggesting that women use men??? 🤣😉
Yes....I woman will marry a man knowing she's going to divorce him years later and take his dough....happens all the time.... and she'll make his life miserable on purpose so to trigger him so she'll feel better about her deceit...... be careful......

Excellent analysis of older mens' options.
Alright
You are very realistic and have very valid points. You also sound like a decent person. I think similarly about dating. I think most people, men and women, are dating and get into relationships for shallow reasons. I've always thought that. No wonder hardly any relationships and marriages stand the test of time. People primarily focus on the wrong things when they seek a parter.

What is "punnanny"?@@wayneericksen5374

Yes, you speak truth. I know too that there are crappy men out there.
People assume if their relationships don't work then it must be the other person's fault.
It's a narcissistic society. Very sad unfortunately.
Women are so afraid that the men will leave yet 85% of the divorces are the women leaving. The number one reason? They're bored.
They are interested in money and statis and could care less about those values.
But it sure was fun.

one of the many red flags i got was when my ex decided one day she wasn't going to sew anything for me anymore.
to the point of a huge blow up argument when i tried to figure out why she wouldn't sew anything for me anymore.
this is a woman with 2 sewing machines and had previously sewn multiple items for me.
she is very good at sewing and whether she took pride in her work or not i absolutely did.
i praised her work whenever she sewed something for me.

There is always exceptions.
A woman exist to enrich men's life. sorry but character is lacking in most people today, women are just as superficial as men, often more so, truth is most women in surveys reject 80% of all men, so what is left to them are players, bad boys, and pretty boys -- not a great husband pool
@@jamro217 I agree, that's what I was getting at. They never would have married those women in the first place if they weren't attracted to them, and she wouldn't have married him if he had no money/estate/etc.
@@devilsoffspring5519 That's also what I meant by initial comment. Finding a good woman is looking beyond the container to find the soul inside. Some are good and kind, some are selfish and evil. The ultimate woman is a good, kind, loving, loyal soul. Now, the hard part is finding one that looks like a supermodel.
