33:24 There actually is a way to get past this without wave beam, it just requires you to hold speed throughout 4 rooms. Its probably the hardest mechanic in the game.

If it makes you feel any better, the spark you timestamped is completely pointless outside of rando and is only necessary under pretty specific circumstances in rando. I have doubts that it's even intended considering how tight it is. Most of the sparks that are required for items are much easier to pull off so I'm sure with enough practice you'd pull it off

Morph ball must be the 1st upgrade. Otherwise you will be stuck.

Is the gravity suit in the randomizer OP meaning that you never needed to get the varia suit?
If I remember correctly, I had it set so that it would give me gravity + defense, but not heat resistance. Could be mistaken though.
