Linkus's face when the sword wasn't in hyrule was the funniest thing I've ever seen
honestly, the funniest part about the wwHD rando, I fell asleep to gymnast doing the skyward sword HD randomizer, and before i fell asleep, I heard him say the wwHD rando was in development, next morning? bam. ready to go. its taken a bit getting used to having windwaker on dpad lol. But its a lot of fun :] and the tracker being built into the actual randomizer app is great!
as well, the forbidden woods shortcut is also in the SD version of the ww rando btw :]
I've been loving watching the WR run attempts over the last few weeks. But dude, it felt so nice watching this in the HD format. Just so much more pleasant for the eyes. Great gameplay on this run Linkus!

Wind Waker HD was the first LoZ game I ever beat on my own. Man, I feel old seeing the start screen.

Wind Waker HD was my first Zelda which I played in 2018.
I just dumped it to Cemu a month ago and I’m really excited to see the randomizer for HD finally!
this is the first round, he didn't need to restart because the first item he got on the actual first round was the sword. this is the first try i promise!!!

I've only done one WW rando, but I included all the overworld platforms and reefs, AND the charts- everything but the hard minigames.
It took AGES, because the crane/hook was in the very last possible check. Was still fun though!

The last sword upgrade is so anti-climatic, but it's such a lovely typical Linkus' randomizer...
You didn't seem to know but the randomizer actually tells you what's in the auction without actually starting it. On the wall next to the door are posters and reading them tells you everything in the auction.

Damn man, one of the go mode items to beat the game was locked behind an invisible, no mentions nor tells or anything chest that you'd need to have secret knowledge of that would have made almost any normal WW player scour the entire game to find to get nothing. Brutal.
