Hello ... I'm 58 years young and live in Ontario (just south of Barrie). I have just found your site and have subscribed and have definitely enjoyed what I've seen today and will keep watch for more of your offerings. I run my own FB group as a conduit for sharing amazing fitness activities and exercise routines for anyone but specifically for those of us "chronologically" gifted active ladies (men also welcomed always). I am not professionally trained but I do have a lot of personal experience with fitness work. I rely on the expertise of folks like you and always try everything I share with others. Hello!! I’m 45 year old and live in Virginia. I’m super obese and needing to exercise to lose weight and improve my mobility as I’ve had knee injuries the past 2 years that affected me terribly. Thanks for this video. I’ll be doing it regularly!
Hello Meg. I found your weight bearing exercises for osteoporosis. I felt so good afterward that I decided to do your 5 day challenge. I just completed day 1 and I feel great! I am 70 yrs old and find that your exercises are low impact so that helps. In answer to your 3 questions, YES I am commited, I already eat the rainbow, and I'm from Tennessee! Thank you for your commitment to us.
I've done two days but enjoyed it. I've got three more, but my cat Terilee was in emmergency hospital . Very good staff there. Dear Meg my cat has jaundes Liver, and in few days she has ultrasound Heart and abdomen. Home today, she was released in too soon, only 22 hours of fluid treatment, and she's moving a bit more but sleeping most of the time. She's still off her food. Cost for 12 hours in emergency was $1,890.00 Dollars. I cannot afford two more days, but now at home my Terilee is eating not meals, but treats. To encourage eating again. We are in God's kind hands. He brings restoration and good health. I trust in Him with everything. Blessings to all of you keeping up with Meg and Finley. I'll attempt to finish the other three exercises. 😷😸😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇😇🙏🙏🙏💕💕💕

This challenge was awesome, I've been battling heel spur's and have been looking for a seated workout. I did the 10 min stretch followed by the daily challenge. Feel great!
Thank you Meg. I just finished day 5. This was so motivating for me because i'm not good with exercise. I have osteoporosis, scoliosis, and osteoarthirtis besides sarcopenia due mainly to malabsorption from BD. Ive been pretty sedentary and its hard to get motivated. I love your spirit and you've inspired me to stay committed along with my physical therapist. Thank you so much. BTW, checking in from NYC.
Hi Meg! Yesterday my husband and I got our Covid boosters and my arm has been really sore today. After this workout it's definitely feeling much better. Thank you so much for always making these workouts fun while still getting a real workout. I haven't been able to watch live but I have done all 5 days. Yay!

We meet on Zoom to exercise 3 days a week every week and have been exercising together since COVID started. We recently found your video collection and love the seated exercises! Thank you for sharing them with us!

But wonder???-I am 72yr old, have osteoporosis and DDD -and have a terrible time with low back pain everyday. Have had this problem for many years now and it is hard bending and I am not able to do ordinary chores that involve my back. Some of your exercises that involve bending are a challenge for me. Do you have any exercises that would help my back. Thanks Meg for all you do for us-the older gals :) You do such a wonderful job! God bless!
I made it to day five! Some parts were difficult for me so I plan to do the five day challenge again. I have osteoporosis so I plan to check your other videos for help there. Love these workouts! No pressure, no embarrassment!

Thx for your feedback. I m 74 with serious osteoporosis. Both of my knees have to wear support when I go out. At home, sport shoes will solve the issue.
