Hi from Casselman Ontario. I'm 72 years, just finish chemo and radiation for breast cancer and before beginning hormone therapy I need to be treated for hip and neck osteoporosis. I'm very glad that I found your videos. Thank you very much for your videos.... I'm sure it will help my osteoporosis.

Just realized my line dance class twice a week (45 min ea) is great weight bearing exercise! Your videos are super helpful for workouts on those other days. Our local Office on Aging sponsors the line dancing and it’s the most fun exercise imo.

Good morning Meg from UK, 79 yrs ..... due to a couple of falls in the last six months, one resulting in a broken foot, ......then other leg 2 months ago....sprained ankle/ damaged tendon which has meant continued immobility. I'm certainly needing these exercises/ videos to build up my leg muscles and my general fitness. Thank you so much.

Love your videos…I have oesteoporosis and am 58 also have rheumatoid arthritis…watching from Troy, New York….how do you keep Finley sitting so calmly…my dog is running circles around doesn’t know what I am doing😂
