Did day 1 and 2 a few days ago and really enjoyed it. Went swimming the other day and realised that I was in a far worse shape than I realised, so I just did day 2 again and will continue tomorrow. Then some more swimming, this has got to make me fitter! I am 77, live in Oslo, Norway.

Good morning Meg. Using cans today from my daughters. Found one 3 pound weight! Putting things in my car - why I want stronger arms. Also to be able to clean ceiling fans without arms getting tired.

Good Morning Meg, Thank you for day 2. I want to get stronger arms so I do not have problem opening cans or jars, I can pick up my grocery bags easily, pick-up and play with my grand-children without my arms getting too tired or sore.

I just discovered your channel and I’m so grateful. I suffered a stroke a while back and it’s been difficult to get back into the swing. With your exercises on your channel can exercise any time without having to leave the house; and they are exercises I can do! I’m from Idaho Falls and it’s rather slippery out there this time of year. 🥶
GREAT workout! My entire upper body feels so good. You nailed it when you mentioned lifting groceries. My husband and I do grocery pickup and when we get home we do a tag-team thing where he opens the door and gets things ready in the kitchen and I grab the bags one or two at a time depending on how heavy they are and hand them in to him. Sometimes the employees pack the bags pretty heavy and I want to feel strong enough to lift at least two of those heavy bags at once instead of just one at a time. I'm watching from San Diego, CA. I always start my morning with exercise. Now it's 3:30 in the morning.
I can't eat vegetables because I feel bad after them.

I was able to do a lot of the stretches even some of the standing ones using my two cans of olives I still had a problem with some of the standing exercises but I’m getting stronger. Because I’m using a computer desk chair I had to really stretch to do my arm stretches sometimes. But they were great this is Adriana from California and I have done your exercises several times now now. Looking forward to tomorrow exercises

I have type two diabetes and I am managing it well with videos like this, my primary care person, my nutritionist and my naturopath! I am grateful that I have full mobility at this time in my life, something I took for granted for too long 🙏🏼 I am watching from CT!

Tuning in from NYC. I HAVE OSTEOPOROSIS and scoliosis and love your videos. I avoid the twisting and hinge when I bend. I would just add we all need more protein and specifically good quality animal protein with complete amino acids and branch chain amino acids, especially as we age.
