Did not do it in the tutorial but try animating the position properties of the mapping node in the planet material. This sould result in a swirly animation. Or try changing the noise types to 4D and animate them over time.
Hey mate You created a great Saturn in blender. I would have made it too if you didn't provide the file. But you did which is very thankful. I wanted to know if I can use this in my website. I will give you a credit too, but it's gonna take a while but I PROMISE. Thanks and you really got a sub from me 👍
Your ring's color textures seem to auto-connect to some other node off-screen, like at 13:03, and 13:23, and 14:56 . I can't see what you're doing, and my color layer is noisy in the traditional sense, not in a ring-like manner (the first set of rings turned out fine), and they're very dark. I've copied everything on the screen that I can see to try and diagnose, but since you're doing things off-screen that aren't explained, I can't follow.
Looks good but you skip a lot of things on the tutorial, a lot of your nodes were done off screen / already worked on before the video so it's difficult to figure out everything you did.
The gradient texture plugged in the noise texture is really helpful for a lot of stuff, thanks
OHHH MY GOD!! A tutorial thumbnail that actually looks just like tutorial! WO! you rock!
your Saturn looks purrty. Going to try this. I want to add a hExagon on the pole though
Awesome tutorial you're explaing a lot and rather fast which is a good thing thanks again
can you post a pic of your nodes, my guy? I wasnt quite sure where some of them connected.
Thanks brosef now I won't fail my assignment 😎😎
The rings are transparent
So Cool!
Start was good but everything thing went down to hell when he started explaining the rings
you killed this tutorial! The node setup went a bit over my head but I'll rewatch this a few times, thank you Rescan!!
Nice!! Loved this workflow!
when i add the convert it to object mapping as on 08:39 the rings go completely black idk why
yea same
!!!! U R AWSOME
Try to render ist first and then it will show up in the compositor.
I know Im 6 months late, but what fixed it for me is "use nodes"
Thank you!!!
Pretty work, really wanna see some dynamic flows on Saturn

Try setting the viewport clipping to a high value 😀
@@Rescan yes it works, thank you!
Just a question, how the hell do u smoothen the sphere?
Also for the ppl who don't know the axis of Saurn it is 26.73 gegrees :)
