Leggari Floor Kits were designed to transform your floors into something new and unique by coating your existing concrete, tile, or wood flooring. Floor Kits are fun and easy to install. You can have a designer floor that will last for decades in 2 days with our unique floor kits, custom made to your projects square footage.
Our Metallic Epoxy is a next generation system that’s 100% pure solids using the finest raw materials that includes proprietary additives for working time, thickness, flow and marbleization that are vital when achieving our dynamic effects . Our Metallic Epoxy is a decorative, durable and chemical resistant coating, available with a High Gloss or Matte Finish. If you can paint your flooring then you’re more than qualified to install a Leggari Floor Kit. Our Metallic Epoxy Floor System is leading the decorative resin industry for thickness, durability and scratch resistance with our High Wear Top Coats.
Our Metallic Epoxy Floor System is the thickest, most durable user friendly coating on the market hands down. Our floor kits go down at 45 square feet per gallon while our competitors are installing epoxy floor systems at a coverage of 60 to 120 square feet per gallon. When you install epoxy that thin you will never get the dynamic looks, flow, marbleization, and effects that our Metallic Epoxy System creates. When you choose our system you’re getting an industrial grade product with proprietary additives specifically designed to create longer working time before setting up. It will bond better, last longer, has higher scratch resistance and it is 2x to 3x thicker than any other product available while still having competitive pricing. Order with confidence knowing you’re getting the best system available that has been tested and proven.
The process!
PREPPING THE SUBSTRATE OR SURFACE
One of the best ways to prep your surface is diamond grinding. You can rent concrete grinders at most rental stores. The next best way is using an etching chemical to etch the surface of the concrete. You can also sand the surface if the before mentioned methods can’t be done. If you can only prep minimally or can’t prep at all we have a Prep Replacement Primer to help achieve a strong bond. We always recommend prepping the concrete surface first.
Priming the floor is simple and fast. Mix your pre-measured primer then dip and roll the pigmented primer across the surface until the floor is completely pigmented. Wait 1 hr (or until tacky and not coming off to the touch) and start applying the Base Coat.
METALLIC EPOXY COAT
For this video we used the dirty pour technique. We show you how we mixed it and how it's poured creating a beautiful natural look.
HIGH WEAR TOP COAT
We offer 2 different gloss sheens in our Urethane Top Coat. The Top Coat comes with the option to have a High Gloss or Satin Finish. It needs to be rolled out super thin and leaves a minor texture which gives it the extra durability. Apply it within 24 hrs of installing your floor kit or you will need to sand the surface before applying it.

I am working on my fireplace small floor area. I need the gallon size. Your product is fire resistant.
extremely effective and I do believe perfect for the house, to have this epoxy slowly, under the influence of home heating it evaporates and the household inhales this vapor...for shop/retail/boutique, caffe bar extra, but at home...
I'm mechanical engineer and I already done lots of research on epoxy resin with other materials to enhance the properties accordingly... I'm building my house and planning epoxy flooring and your video is helpful to me ... Thanks
Hey as some one who is considering studying mechanical engineering, I like to ask others about how it’s going for them. Do you enjoy what you’re doing now? Was school tough? Did you work while in school? Any regrets?
What beautiful tones came out, it's art 🥰
Beautiful and as mentioned like the way you walk through with it with those spiky shoes. I am learning as would like to do my own floor just a beginner, new hobby as a pensioner so need lots of tips. Really amazing
It’s art. Thank you for you videos. My daughter has been asking for a room with not carpet. Something similar to this will be great where can I get the materials? Thank you
It ended up looking like the cave paintings from France. Pretty cool.
I'm doing a kitchen table dirty pour with very similar colors and color combinations. I'll prime black on MDF, then a clear epoxy coat. Was thinking the copper/aqua combo in a wide strip on the table, then a follow up with a white metallic in the middle of that. Will the isopropyl take the place of the heat gun to pop bubbles? Or should I use the heat gun?
Thanks! May be I missed info in the beginning of the video, but what is the floor material? Why is black? And why the half of the floor only?
He applied the dirty pour over MDF board and he used a black primer first before applying the epoxy.
Does it support heavy weight? If somethong is dropped, what happens? Does it break?
Dora Valencia It will chip the floor if it’s metal and very heavy but that’s a low chance
I luv these newly created floors there all beautiful whatever the color and design is,much respect in the artistry that's put into them.
I am Algerian, I find that you are doing a very good job. Good continuation.
Very good! Thank you, leggary

Absolutely Beautiful💕🙏😇
Great job guys I love it your video has inspired me to try this one day lol keep up the good work & GOD bless your hands
How does this product hold up outdoors? Great Video btw!
Ficou show de bola.
When do you pull the tape off the baseboard? While product is still wet?
Do you not have purple floor kits? I looked on your site and dont see any! I'd like dark grey with purple
It’s adorable
Are you removing the blue tab from the walls immediately after you finish the top coat or after the whole project finished and dry ?
I see they haven't answered yet. But, I've watched many videos on the subject and I've done some epoxy resin jobs and always removed the tape before the epoxy is dry. If not, it's will take excessive amounts of time and labor to remove it. Hope this helps.
looks awesome!
Thank you! We appreciate that!
Great finish, was surprised to see how well it leveled off. Reminds me of the Grand Canyon.
Our product levels out quite amazing, thanks for watching the video Matthew
That dirty pour turned out Beautiful!!!
Thanks David for the comment and for watching the video
Beautiful! Are these floors slippery when wet?
ART!!!
Would running a torch over it take out bubbles?

Hello Guys, l need questions please if my floor have vinyl can l still put Epoxy on it please.
take it up
Help me
@mushlim ka father 😎😎 the best I've found to take most of the adhesive off is with a 8in floor scrapper razor, followed by a suitable concrete cleaning solution
This is quite fascinating, interesting and beautiful! I do not quite understand though, how the special shoes he is wearing did not leave any imprints in wet paint or affect it in any way. Even after directly pouring and walking right on top of it. Can you please explain how this is possible?
The spikes make a small area and the liquid self levels into the tiny holes.
I'd been wondering the same. So cool!
Parabéns amigo super trabalho lindo show Like dado e inscrito no canal tmj abraço
Do you already have anyone installing and/or selling this in the Sarasota, FL area? This right up my alley. I would like to sell and install these in my area.
Does that paint smell when it's poured out? I mean is it strong smell like a oil based paint?
A long time very special floor working ..your product is very successful I m very Happy my Brothers
Tinctures that you use in epoxy at any store are sold and are they available in stores in Spain or France?
These are leggari metallics that we sell on our leggari website at www.leggari.com
So I have a question. I’ve seen others use heat to get the blending and bubbles out. But it looks like the alcohol you spray does that? Or do you still use heat? Thanks
We have a high end epoxy that has an additive in it to make the bubbles rise to the surface and pop on their own. Thanks
@@LeggariProducts where are these products found or do you export, what is the procedure
Perfect job
Thank you! And thanks for watching the video!
I wonder if you Install this inside if it would give off a chemical smell throughout the house or not.. I know it's cool for inside garages but I don't sleep in my garage. I remember my folks had that spray installation put up in the attic and it gave the crib a weird smell
It looks fantastic!
Thank you!
You done a amazing job 👌👌👌👌
That's gorgeous. I'd want my entire house to look like that. What are the pros and cons of this style for and what other type of flooring would be comparable cost wise?
JJ
I would not recommend in house, it's very toxic
@@MrTottanham what a load of rubbish get your facts straight please before you comment
@@MrTottanham The guy did it without a mask? He did not pass out
Definitely not toxic and some product barely smell like anything im from Connecticut and the company i work for charges $6.50 per sf but prices vary
Would this hold up on by outdoor Porches?
Already liking it
Am interested, how can someone learn it
Will the floor surface be even after this
I love this job can get list of all the products required to make a floor?
how and what do you use to prime? please make longer videos with these steps
I believe they sell it all on their website
Wonderful, beautiful and amazing!
Mannnn this is beautiful!!!
That looks amazing brother.
is it uv safe ?What happens if left in the sunlight?
Why do you use the iso spray after? I’m looking for a nice smooth gloss finish but that seems to leave an orange peel look.
Great job 👍
Someone painted my garage floor, not me, but it is peeling. Will that need to be ground off before applying?
Also how do you level a garage floor?
Michelle Kucic you need to level it using self leveling concrete floor I think. That’s what I’m going to do
You need to grind the floor with a 16 grid diamond blades home depot rents it To remove all the paint and chips then patch uneven floor the epoxy it
Muito bom
Hi, if you have underfloor heating, does that affect the epoxy? With the temp change..?
Can this be done on ceramic tiles installed, and the floor isn't balanced?
Yes you can, take a look at our brochure to see all the different applications. Thanks
online.flippingbook.com/view/364043
Me parece un trabajo hermoso para iniciar su propio negocio
Can you do it over already fixed ceramic tiles
Yes, beautifull but I am wondering about its durability and solidity and maintenance. Is epoxy on the floor a good idea for a family with many kids?
Are you under some sort of impression that epoxy is somehow dangerous?...depends on the resin really but floor coverings should be safe for humans.
I know you guys say u dont need to add heat to pop bubbles with your brand epoxy...but would it hurt if u did use heat on the finish product, to give it a little extra glass look?
Not at all, you can use heat on the product if you want.
Is the base dry when doing the dirty pour
love the way you can walk though it with the shoe things
Our Spike Shoes are a life saver🔥 Check'em out 👉 leggari.com/product/spike-shoes/
How are you doing this without a respirator? Isn't it toxic? Also could I do this over ceramic tile floors? I understand the seams will still be there but I think it could look good still.
I also want that question answered.
You guys make this look so easy. No way could you do my garage and basement.
We made the process for DIY'ers through our tutorial videos on our website that show you step by step the process. Thanks
What is more practical epoxy resin flooring or tiles ? Or much cheaper ?
Amazing art
my floors already had tiles, can i apply this to my tiles?
Yes you can, take a look at our brochure to see all the different applications. Thanks
online.flippingbook.com/view/364043
If that's the half of the floor.. How did you block the epoxy to flow on the other part of the floor.. Any tape is using?
We used 1/2” thick weather stripping to block the epoxy from flowing into the other floor. Thanks
Can you do the same to a garden bath tub?
Can this be done directly over an existing older laminate floor? I have some areas where the laminate is, well, de-laminating a tad. Will the self-leveling aspect take care of that without doing anything preliminary? I've done acrylic pours on tables and countertops; REALLY want to try my super-ugly wood-look laminate floor ASAP!
Contact customerservice@leggari.com They will be able to answer any questions you have!
Awesome man!!!Great work + great design.
Can you give me the epoxy name??

People are just smarter and smarter every day 👍

What is the hardest rating for this type of pour? Is it hard enough to pull cars upon it in a dealership? And awesome pour. I love it.
Absolutely, our coating are made for traffic, cars or otherwise. In that setting i recommend our WB Matte Urethane as a top coat. Thanks!
I want to apply epoxy in my existing ceramic floor tiles. what is the start to finish process?
Me too. I have ugliest tile on my hallway, not big area so I am thinking to have it done
Can I do this for outdoor patio? I live in Jersey. I get all kinds of weather. Heat, rain, snow, wind, dust etc. Can this take all that and stand strong? Please let me know. Thank you!
This is not a product for outdoors do to the elements. This is only for indoors and garages. Thanks for watching the video.
Where or how can I get training hands-on.. I really really would love to learn and make this a career.
Its actually quite easy
Me too here I admire wanna learn this bro
Don Resin look at his insta..
Floor prep is everything the rest is mix epoxy squeegee and pass a roller over for even application then the flake to your likings then clear on top
Everything in your prep
Can I use your product for my bedroom floor over subfloor????

I have been following your page for awhile now and have pretty much decided that when able financially, I will be re-doing both my countertops and garage floor with your products...I do have a question though...on a dirty pour, will the surface be smooth and level or does it keep the raised shape of the beads?
its self leveling to a point.
Hi there. I see that you can walk on the material you just cast. How does it not smear. Anything special ?
Beautiful work...thank you.
What chemicals was that poured first before the process please
How do you remove the masking tape and at what point? do you just rip it off at some point and the epoxy stays level at the edge, Thanks.
U can take it off when you feel but i usually do it as soon as i lay out the epoxy and it’s done , you can also do it next day when it’s dry so you can walk on it but it might pull up some material
where to find the shoes?
Is this in india..I want to know about this type of job 👍 new and nice work for the floor..
Can you share these 2 recipes for me? I am very happy to learn your recipe.
You can email leggari@gmail.com and they can assist you.
