He has a strong desire to win and has watched the tape of his clash with Chelsea seven times in order to analysize the game and win this tie.
Jose says that he feels at home at Chelsea but for the 90 minutes of the game it is war. Jose comments on leaving Chelsea and says that he has gone on to win important things and Chelsea also win things too. He conclude the interview by saying he has aspirations of coaching in England again, winning the Spanish league and coaching his national team, but whatever happens he will always be "The Special one".

@thisonesforyou182 no actually the community sheild is just an underrated competition in all other country's their is a super cup which is one game between the league champion against the cup champion, and it is highly praised by the country's fans, so if for instance the spanish care about the spanish super cup, why shouldn't english fans care about the community sheild, belive me if they change the name of the competition to the english super cup, then people will care about it more

@timmyfung01 haha dude I was talking about his whole appearance in ManU, I know he bacame less selfish with the time, but everybody knows his style(most ppl think he is now selfish and he will be always selfish) and Madrid fans were concerned about how he would play for us especially in his first year, but he said before the season: "Madrid will see only the best from Ronaldo" and we saw it...peace dude :)

I see Chelsea almost as Boyle's Law, The harder you push, the harder it seems to push back, and we are guilty of pushing Jose out of the door where we once welcomed him. Now he's pushed back.
We are guilty of allowing personal issues to affect the progress of our club and the 'sacking' of Jose for me is one of the greatest crimes in Chelsea's history.

I love how he gives the interviews. He's always calm and takes time to think carefully what he's going to say. He's got a sense of humor unlike Ferguson. I hate Ferguson. I dont understand how he got the knighthood considering his behaviors in most games. I wish I could give Ferguson a bad bitch-slap to make him shut up for good. lol.
Without a doubt a brilliant manager. In my eyes second best in the world and thats only to Ferguson. In 20 years he may well be the greatest manager ever. He's leagues ahead of the likes of Benitez and Wenger. The only people who argue otherwise are obviously either Arsenal or Liverpoo supporters.

Porto and Real play attractive style because the league style make it.
With players like CR, Ozil, Alonso, Sergio Ramos, Di Maria...etc, the players already make the team interesting. not to forget that the Portuguese and Spainish style is possession and attacking. No shit it is interesting to watch even with Mourinho defensive style.

Drogba dives as much as CR back when Mourinho was coaching, the same goes with other Chelsea players as well, Chelsea cheats more when the "special one" was around, and if you insists diving is part of the "trick" too, then I got nothing to say.
Winning games are important, but playing an entertaining game is a big part too. A match is designed for the fans to enjoy, not to sit and watch 9 defs defending.

Rafa WAS a good coach, I know he is a nightmare now, but you can not take him down on his early days with Liverpool and Valencia.
For Mourinho, I have my respect to his talent, he is one of the top coaches, but the thing that disturb me is the way he win, there is not much entertainment factor in his games, not to mention that players cheats more often when he was coaching, Drogba dived the most when he was around Chelsea, players tend to be more treacherous when he iss around.

what counts is his last few years in United, Madrid didn't pay 80 mil for CR in his first year of United, and you haven't watch CR, I doubt you only watch him on youtube, that is why you don't even know CR style in United.
as in for "Madrid will see only the best from CR", no shit, he is world class, at this time, he can score at least 20 goals a season in any league, but believe it or not, he will score much less in the coming season with Mourinho moving in.

CR was an individualist during his first few years, but his style evolve in United, not only becoming a better player, but he also learn to become a team player in United, you can see that if you ACTUALLY watch him play, CR ACTUALLY become less selfish in his last few year in United.

Mourinho is famous for loud mouth, it is not the first time he got into shit, and I can guarantee that he will get into more troubles in the future with his mouth.

Mourinho is not famous for his entertaining gameplay like Wenger or Ferguson, he is only famous for getting points in the league.
like I said, the important thing about the sport is to win the fans with an attractive style, and Mourinho ain't doing that in my opinion.

if you look into managers like Ferguson or Wenger, they ususally "leave a space" for back up, they rarely go too far, that is why they are still there, as in for Mourinho his mouth got him in shit when he was in Chelsea.
