Coach thank you talaga sa video na to. Lahat ng sinuggest mo, i grabbed all of them sa grocery then naging regular meal ko na sya everyday. From Nov 24 to Feb 8 I lost almost 3kg. Slow progress but still better than no progress at all. Thanks coach
Similar experience! Mejo same rin sa go-to food list ko now that im cutting: 1. Chicken Breast Fillet w/mama sita or del monte marinade 2. Lean Ground Beef, tapos gulpihin ng tabasco hotsauce for some tex-mex feels 3. Chunks in Water Tuna (I prefer Century over Goldseas, just because latter has more fat+calorie content overall-- pero mas masarap si goldseas yes) 4. Wheat bread (both raisin and normal) 5. whole egg +egg whites too! then i sprinkle a generous serving of parmesan cheese 6. LETTUCE IS KEY! -- like a lot. i put balsamic vinegar para may dressing yet still low cal (healthy options also have ZERO calories dressings/spreads/sauces) 7. black coffee- it's like water to me (not for everyone) 8. Peanut Butter (lady's choice)-- for the healthy fats 9. bananas na super hinog, yung marami ng brown spots-- i freeze them para matic na sa blender with non fat milk and oats, si frozen hinog bananas yung parang sugar mo 10. Ketchup + mustard- for some lasa on these otherwise bland meal preps, mustard is particularly low cal Good content as usual! Keep them coming, looking forward to the next
When you say black coffee pu ba, walang brown sugar or anything sugary drizzled in it or you put sugar in it to kill off the bitter taste of the black coffee? If you put sugar, like how many tbsps?

Last month, September 21, Nagsimula ako mag diet kasi naka-Large at XL na akong damit. So i started eating veggies, chicken, fish, eggs, kamote, potato. Tinanggal ko na din ang softdrinks and nag-iintermintent din ako. Nagka-cardio din ako by walking almost 2-3hrs every day at nag weweights gamit ang 5LB na dumbels, nagla-laxative tea din ako sa gabi. Now, After 3weeks. Kasya na ulit sa akin yung mga medium na shirt ko. At sobrang saya ko, I'm praying na after few weeks, magkasya na ulit ako sa small na t-shirt ko. Hehe Consistency is the key talaga. Humingi ng guidance kay Lord para bigyan ng disiplina sa sarili. Hehe.
