This was probably one of my most fave of the 14 day series, the moves were so fun, reminded me of Physique 57 barre I just did prior to this awesome workout!! 🙏Grateful for you!

Honest feedback: First excercise I didnt feel absolutley anything, not even a stretch, tried to adjust weight but nothing. theres nothing I hate more than time wasted ;( EDIT: Just finished and my abs feel nothing. def a workout for beginners / ppl who never work their abs.
