I figured out how to play on any difficulty a few weeks ago. Get the theif stone even if your not using light armor because sneak, speech, alchemy and pickpocketing if you want to steal are more useful. Lock picking will be useful for getting xp from chests and doors but don't put any perks into it. Archery will be your main weapon get a bow that does high damage enchant it with soul trap for 1 second and go hunting for deer, foxes and rabbits. Level up alchemy by getting a strong follower with heavy armor, I suggest one with a two handed weapon. Go to golden hill plantation. Get the farm. Plant mora, scally, and creep cluster. Use the hides to make leather then make leather straps and make the the creation club light armor in the leather section. Just the chest peice. Go as high as you can. Do some small quests that gives some rewards but not too big of a risk. There is a bonemold armor set in solsteim. I found a cave or dungeon with insulated dragonbone plate armor for if you want to use the heavy armor. It is the best early armor I got. At about level 30 or so. If you go to solsteim it will cost some money. Solsteim - 100 to 250 Follower - 500 Carriages and inns- 500 (for extra trips and expenses) Bonus income to start -2000 or higher. Then make your follower a steward sleep for 3 to 6 days. Make sure to manually save and leave the farm house so it restocked the plantation storage. Get the money from steward go back inside and use those three ingredients with the sleeping bonus and theif stone. Level up to about 30 then go get the pale blade as a early decent weapon. Level up your smithing buy buying and mining for materials. Steel gives the most xp and value. A few perks in speech and archery. I didn't put perks into alchemy until it was like about 50 to 70 and slowed down a bit. Enchant and upgrade gear. Get the perk for smithing upgrades for enchanted gear. And you have a decent start. I adventures some but it took about 100 to 280 ingame days to do what I did. Ledgendary difficulty becomes trivial. I used creation club content and base game. I used no mods. I played on xbox one and my skyrim seems different then how I usually experience the game. The ai seems smarter and very very lucky. I only dyed 1 to 5 times. Came close to death several times. But I did prep work. Made alot of food and potions. From fortify block, fortify destruction, one handed, health and of course the ultimate potion I crafted earlier. Paralyzing damage poisons and weakness to magic. The pale blade makes most enemies flee from you and the best follower I got as early as I could was Telyren Savous. Or however you spell it. He somes flame atronach in battle. Also, best dog is vigilante in markarth. However he is killable and I accidentally almost killed him every times so I sent him back home. I liked using elemental and bone arrows as a archer. But I focused on one handed weapons. I used swords only. Got the running attack perk, some damage perks and one in critical strike so far. Critical damage is great at the start of the game but it starts falling short later on so you can respec your perks for one handed later on and use those points for something else. Dps and damage stacking is the secret also a archery hit and run build is really good. Ice arrows slow down your opponents. And stagger park helps with them as well. Pale blade for getting enemies to run away. If your using heavy armor you should get the weigh nothing perk early so you can carry more.

Okay, as a game programmer, let me shed some light on what I think has happened with your body and all that at 31:50. Basically, when you "died" your body got ragdolled. While in first person, your body still exists, but it flips a value and makes it inactive, but still existing (Hence also why first person ragdolling doesn't happen in Skyrim, only getting up from ragdolled position which is an animation). So while the body is inactive, it is still recognized as the position of the players "physical body", but the AI will move to attack at your "player position". To attack, it checks if it is within distance of your "physical body" as it has the hitbox, but it moves to where the player entity is (The entity itself contains the body and more, for instance) This is why, I am guessing, they were able to attack you while you were in third-person as the body becomes active and becomes the "player position" of the entity. This is just guesswork based on this video and I haven't actually checked Skyrim code for how it treats the body and the player. tl;dr hitbox is attached to the body, but AI attempts to move to player position. While in first person, player position is equal to camera position. While in third person, player position is equal to body position. Bug is that hitbox is still attached to body, but body don't "exist" while in first person, but player position still does. AI doesn't attack because it is out of range from hitbox. I do hope this helped and that you will see it, Joov!
I love challenges. I might do a ‘good and gems loot only’ run. Then again, I have never finished this game because I get distracted stealing everything.

@@bingusenjoyer197I can confirm that they exist as I’m English
Lucia just casually defying physics as a whole to slide into your DM's asking for coin had me reeling in pain from laughter! xD
I was committed as soon as i seen "BEN PURCHASIN'". LOVE THAT NAME BRO. AS A MERCHANT PLAYER THIS LOOKS LIKE SO MUCH FUN
I really love how Alpha Male and Sigma Male has become a thing to just meme on
But at the same time, Joov proves himself to be a true Sigma by putting himself through all these challenges
Alpha Chads be malding
the ___ male stuff is just astrology signs for dudes
Because this alpha and sigma male stuff is just cringe. No one with an actual functional brain would say, "I'm a sigma male," or, "I'm an alpha male."
Sigma male is just a positive depiction of autism. Sherlock Holmes is even listed as an example of a Sigma, doesn't get more clear cut than that.
I'm gunna keep it real I don't think too many Alpha bros are interested in watching Skyrim content lolol
Became? It's always been a meme
SKYRIM BUT ITS PAY TO WIN! “Welcome to elder scrolls online-
Interestingly I would argue ESO is certainly pay to have any kind of cool looking clothes it doesn't have anything that provides a mechanical advantage to anyone else in the shop
@@lillycline1414What about the buyable classes?
@@hazeltree7738 bro 2 of the 3 are some of the worst ones and the third is middle of the road granted they have great ascetics but not a mechanical advantage
Finally.
Skyrim as Todd always envisioned.
joovs impression of a podcast sigma male is scarily accurate
So real. The bit just kept on giving, too
That ending lmao. "You cant stop me! You cant stop the sigma grindset!" *gets folded immediately*
33:55 Watching you charge up to the boss in werewolf form, STOP, and THEN power attack caused me psychic damage.
Holy shit the Sims 2 soundtrack at the wedding made me feel nostalgic
Watching a Joov video is basically just me waiting for the moment when sheer chaos ensues and then he dies.
I loved the Sigma Male/Finance Bro Podcast meme throughout the challenge. I just wasn't prepared for the stellar execution. Even the character's face is terrifyingly accurate.
No cause the intro is so relatable. My cell project from school was made out of actual trash 💀 two small cardboard taco shell boxes glued together, painted blue. I'll never forget that project. Never.
I'd be cool if during the marriage quest if u did every quest certain characters would show up like the blades or etc
I can tell you're a true understander of the grindset with how familiar you are with the core concepts of it. You ain't fooling me, scoundrel
you should had put this video as a members only so people had to pay to see it
The weird Schroedinger's dovahkiin phenomenon during the mammoth tusk bit was the trippiest and most genuinely unsettling thing I've ever seen Skyrim do
Making fun of those moneybro/grindset people is ALWAYS appreciated and loved
Andrew tate after learning gay people don't care about what he says :😭😭😢😢😢😿😿😭😭
This channel is positively binge worthy! I'm so glad the algorithm recommended this to me!
Bugs? Nah. "It just works." Also that ending was perfect 😂
For the past decade, at least once a year I redownload Skyrim excited to try a new build or something. Literally 30 seconds in, and I am back to stealth archer, with just a small twist. Every single time. And you know what, i love it and will be doing it for the rest of my life probably. Damn you Todd.
"You don't need healing! What you do need are good marks like Dragons, good side gigs to keep your finances afloat... and a healing spell."
Lol
That nord truly was a top G.
the companions had one conversation with the sigma male and immediately sent him to die
Duuuude I've been trying to remember what the name of that game was years. "Battlefield Heroes" holy shit, what a throwback.
"I'm just going to take this bag of coins into this other room. And totally not steal it." An underpaid Dragonborn.
love hearing mass effect music in videos makes me wanna go back ad replay it
(again)
(and again)
I swear this man makes my day by wanting to switch from starfield to go back to skyrim.
I remember a kid in my class in middle school had 2 ziploc bags thumbtacked to a board for his “Science Project”. In both bags was a single goldfish, but bag 1 had water while bag 2 was filled with Coca-Cola. Gotta love the 90s.
I've only just found your channel 4 days ago and I love the videos and all the different ways I never thought about playing these games, keep it up and heres to looking forward to seeing you hit 300k you've earned my sub.
31:00 You entered into the spirit realm bro. It’s like an out of body experience lol
Honestly, the 2h mob crushing your hopes, dreams and skull in the last 5 secs of the challenge is just peak skyrim, wouldn't want it any other way.
All of your background music hits me in the feels. Especially the sims song at the wedding. That song brings me back.
I’m dying 💀
Lucia: Mister can you spare a coin?
Joov: Absolutely not!
The farming creation club mod may be a good idea for something in a video , it generates gold passively after it’s upgraded
You can revert out of your werewolf form using the sheathe weapon key. Probably wouldn't have made a difference, but...
Neat I always waited an hour good to know
Dude, the constant, scarily accurate grindset lingo is so damn triggering. I love it.
the song at 41:16 is a banger
Magicka 2 Dunka Dunka

Joov: "What the Hell was that"
whiterun Gard: "what's that" 😂
That guard and Joov both witnessed a paranormal event.
Seriously missing out on an opportunity if you don't clip the giant riding a dragon into a YT short.
In fact, Lucia sliding into existence to ask for money and the curious case of the dead man walking are great Shorts opportunities as well.
Solsteim - 100 to 250
Follower - 500
Carriages and inns- 500 (for extra trips and expenses)
Bonus income to start -2000 or higher.
The alpha male and sigma male jokes were the best thing by far LMAO
Joov. I watched these on the VOD channel and tried the challenge myself before you posted this vid. I followed same rules + expert and survival.
I mimicked marrying ysolda and buying breeze home to stay true to your challenge however I chose to do the dark brother hood quest line.
I got 25 points with a time of 7:37:42. It could have been done quicker höher died a few times doing long travels. Appreciate the video and the idea. You’re the best Skyrim RUclipsr out there!
I love your dedication and immersion in your challenges! I didn’t know I’d be learning so much about economics, passive income, taxes, how to get married, and how to be a Sigma. Thanks for these life lessons!
Watching you struggle on the Meridia quest brought back fun memories of having the same issue. That fight is ridiculously hard if you're not prepared.
I can’t tell you how excited I get when I see you post! Your videos are funny as hell and creative! Keep up the amazing videos!
Honestly shocked he went for Ysolda, i always went for uthgred. As long as you are fine with her grumbling she also gives passive gold
The only thing I learned with this is that the Sigma Form is a big wolf fursuit.
Furies are all suspiciously wealthy.
trust me i have a podcast never made me want to run away from a man more

Thieves Guild would be better scamming people with crypto? Come on, they're thieves - not assholes, sheesh...
To attack, it checks if it is within distance of your "physical body" as it has the hitbox, but it moves to where the player entity is (The entity itself contains the body and more, for instance)
This is why, I am guessing, they were able to attack you while you were in third-person as the body becomes active and becomes the "player position" of the entity.
This is just guesswork based on this video and I haven't actually checked Skyrim code for how it treats the body and the player.
tl;dr
hitbox is attached to the body, but AI attempts to move to player position.
Love that banana peeling has officially taken root as a term 😂

"I run a podcast, you think you can beat me?!"
Actually laughed out loud at that, amazing line.
Is me having to watch 8 ads apart of the bit?
Imagine not using adblocker
6:17 I have no idea why but that final hit looks so effing smooth.. like. "STAY DOWN."
The editing in these are god tier
I love challenges. I might do a ‘good and gems loot only’ run.
Then again, I have never finished this game because I get distracted stealing everything.
Literaly genshin impact moment
That nostalgic mass effect music hits different
"You can't stop the sigma grindset!"
-Joov, turning into a furry, puts on his fursuit, gets headbutted to death, 2023.
