On my trip to Philadelphia was able to take out my newest edition the Fujifilm XE3 for some Street Photography. I paired the XE-3 with the 7Artisans 25mm f1.8 manual focus lens. Definitely a new experience for me. I recorded a POV to give you guys a little behind the scenes look on what's happening behind the camera.

I shoot with the XE-3 and manual focus lenses, ie: Mamiya 80mm f1.9 medium format lenses, and I get way more in focus shots when I use my EVF vs the LCD.
Definitely gonna make sure I try using the EVF more 😊

Sometimes though when some shots are out of focus slightly (very slightly) they look great, kinda of an arty blur if you know what i mean.

Put the 25mm in title. Views should go up. The X-E3 is the best value fuji has.
I got this lens with a used xpro1 and i have to say its great. I have now replaced the xpro1 with the even better xe1 and im gonna buy the xe3 soon

Quick question, how did you get the camera to register your aperture? When I have this lens on my xe3 I get the F0 error, as in no aperture. Nice video and photos btw

What thumb grip do you have for this camera?
Good question! It came with the camera when I bought it used. It doesn’t have any writing on it. 🤷🏼♂️

what simulation film do you have used? Do you have post producted the image or this is a jpeg?
if are edited what lut do you have used?
For these photos, I use the raw files and edit them in Lightroom
@giusyfranzese1740 the images are all individually edited in Lightroom. I don’t really have a preset for this look. Eventually, I am trying to put together a preset pack, but that is still in the working. 😉

Thanks man! These are all raw files edited by me. I am currently playing around with some film recipes. It’s definitely fun and fuji does a really good job with the film simulations.
Are you near Philly area? Let me know when you are here next time. I’d love to have some street photography friends.

I bought it separately. It did not come with the lens. Good thing is that this combo doesn’t break the bank
