V2AB's final attack here is originally Uso's shielding method that he used in the final episode of the series. _The best defense is a good offense indeed!_
@@mechanomics2649 oh well, my main point was more so something along the lines of, how the Victory in terms of specs wasn't that much of an impressive Mobile Suit (iirc) However, for what it was, it felt like what a Gundam should be, one of the reasons might be heavily inspired by the fact that Uso , a Kid, was the pilot of it.
V1 was grunt in the way it was 'mass-produced' for an entire MS team to use, with modular parts and controls. not a one off prototype as is tradition. V2 is like something of an Ace/Command use suit within a squad, cutting edge technology but no frills and more or less reliable. realistically; friendly fire would be extremely easy to let happen with a whole team of V2s using Wings of Light offensively. they'd be a nightmare for enemies and probably friendlies aswell. 'wingspan' of the WOL is what, several thousands of miles long on max output?
Honestly, I've never been big on Victory Gundam - I personally just prefer the time frame of 0079 to Char's Counterattack. But after seeing the final Wings of Light attack, especially mixed with "Don't Stop, Carry On" playing... well I don't know it's made me a fan per say, but it's at least peaked my curiosity
I've always really liked the V2 as a mobile suit, but Victory's MS design overall is very hit or miss with a *lot* of misses in my opinion, and I really couldn't get into the series itself. It wasn't *bad*, it just failed to hook me. I prefer earlier UC overall as well, including Unicorn, but I do have a soft spot for the V2 and the Crossbone Gundams, with the exception of a handful of odd feeling design choices in the latter like the muramasa blaster.
Someone released a music pack that adds SRW style instrumentals of the 2 Victory Gundam ending songs to the game. That has become my favorite way to play. Seriously they’re so amazing and I never heard them before and they’re perfect. The first song starts out a bit slow and works great for the early game. The 2nd song is hype from the start and is amazing when it debuts with the V2 Gundams.
Because you gringos-anglos don't have good tastes. Victory is so far, one of the best Gundam series ever. Better that the majority AU like wing, all seed universe, age, and wutch mercury.
and I don't understand why a lot of people think that they look okay, it's easy to look that they did most of the gundams (except Narrative ) dirty in 30. They did a better job in VTX, heck, I would have preferred them to just recycle the animations instead of using these
@@VincereMr As for Victory Gundam, I think you should be easy with them a little since it has been a long time Victory Gundam appeared in SRW, so they have to take what they are given, even if it isn't what they expected. As for other Gundam, I have no expectation the moment I know the Getter's animation team will animate them, and you can expect the worst from them, and my god, it is even worse than I can imagine.
@@lifewithouthope7120 yeah, I guess I should be grateful for it. But since my last srw was vtx, and ariosguy did most of the gundams, I had a hard time getting accustomed to them, V2 was one of my most used units, but I had a hard time turning on the animations and enjoying the full benefits of playing srw, me personally I played srw mostly for the gundams and the animations
The last attack is amazing for Victory fans as the part when Uso controls the WOL, it’s the same attack he did in the final episode of Victory Gundam. As for the beginning part of it, the reason Uso went under the enemy is because the WOL can disable any mobile suits that goes under it(as shown in the show).
Even without watching victory or knows anything about the show, I can understand that he uses the wing to disable his enemy and using it to attack I don't understand what's weird about it
I used to dislike Uso and the V2 very much because I thought he was an overrated annoying brat and the same for his gundam. But after spending time watching the series, I realize that the kid fared absolutely better than Kira, and the V2 is the correct arrangement for a high speed assault MS. Of course it is not the best if you want to stay in close range and do MMA or muay thai like when using the IJ, but the V2 is the most versatile and powerful in terms of multi-purpose, and the Destiny need to be revamped correctly like this cute lil baby
Actually F91 and Crossbone was looks better, looks stronger and armed better than Victory and base V2 but both Victory was newer and specs better than what they looks...!!!
@@gategaming959 must be only me, but I dont feel that the F91 and Crossbone look better than V2, Crossbone may pass for being a badass with the cloak, but F91 doesnt have anything to be considered good looking imo. Base V2 I agree that it doesnt look attractive, but the AB full package does

Char while does have the accel skill which would play into the V2's high movement range, Uso has access to the snipe skill which easily allows him to outrange most enemies. Amuro is a more fitting 2nd candidate for the V2AB, especially when combined with the mercy skill so that you can easily grind you underleveled characters quickly. Kamille is a good 3rd choice since he also has snipe, but he lacks the charge skill which Uso has.

God the V2 is so good, it’s absolutely ridiculous. Uso is hitting as hard as supers in my playthrough
Ah, the Victory Gundam, the Grunt Gundam that actually feels more like a Gundam than other Gundams.

V2AB the GOAT.
