Very soft spoken, but direct. I have mentioned the Baltic countries over and over again. Germany is a Baltic country, but has not and does not act like it. Germany got itself into economic trouble by going to bed with Russian energy. Germany is not a leader, but a follower when it comes to Russian policy. Fortunately the majority of the Baltic countries don't need Germany. They have seen the writing on the wall for years and have prepared for it. That time is again now, and I believe the Baltic countries are ready.

I don't think that's true and generally conflicts have been reducing in number over the decades since WWII. Just because a few regions have conflict, which generally, on the macro scale is the result of a few ultra nationalistic dictators, does not equal a world of forever bigotry and conflict.. There was a time when democracies were few and dictatorial ideological ultra nationalist common, that was when we really couldn't live in peace, when they considered people on the other side of a line on a map to be inferior and undeserving. Back when might made right, compared too the eras before WWII, even with the threat of nuclear destruction, there have been very few, if any, actual large scale, multiple inter-nation wars.

Today fascism is raising its head again. This time in Russia. I offer my view on the nature of this phenomenon, with the aim of protecting states from shocks and victims. Government is a hard and complex job, requiring many skills and talents and enormous responsibility, implying the optimization of the life of one’s community and its harmonious, mutually beneficial integration among other communities of people. However, sometimes scammers are born who want power, wealth and privileges, without having any skills, talents, or love for their country and people in general. This is the nature of this phenomenon, based on the manipulation of the masses by one sociopathic fraudster! Like other criminals, fraudsters in power tend to unite in community networks and we need a mechanism more powerful than Interpol to combat this global threat. Considering that the secret services of autocrats will constantly try to buy your government, undermine, destroy and rob your country, then we need to start yesterday! Standard for Ethical Government.

I don't see how Russia can control the Baltic Sea. It only has one shitbox submarine in the Baltic Sea and an out-of-date navy that's reliant upon the Kaliningrad exclave.
