  • We've all tried working our muscles to failure and eating enough macros to build muscle. This absolutely works, however, if you're hitting a plateau, feeling pain in your muscles and joints, pain while training, not getting a good pump or blood flow, your fascia is more likely than not the issue. I share why it is so important to care for your fascia system to allow your muscles grow.
