  • Saw the Avata - wanted to buy it! Realized i couldn‘t afford it :-/ Decided to build one myself ^^
    I'm using original DJI Avata frame replacement parts, the propeller guard and the upper part. Both can be purchased from DJI and from most shops. Designed the other parts that are needed myself.

      Hi! You can find the propeller guards and the top place in many shops that sell the Avata. It's also available for purchase directly from DJIs webshop. I've designed the remaining needed parts myself. A longer video will be up soon, where i'm also sharing the design files.

    How much does it weigh?

    • @eyeflytinkerings
      @eyeflytinkerings  Год назад +1

      that majorly depends on the battery used. With a 3s850mAh and no GoPro, you can get it below 250g. With a 3s3000mAh Li-Ion you are close to the „real“ Avata. :-) Haven‘t tested this out for flight-times though, that’s for later.

      @@eyeflytinkerings I have an iFlight Beast I bought last year just because it had been sold out for months and I got an email saying it was available so I just bought it for no particular build, but it would be perfect for that "Fake Avata" build.
