@@whisper1776 I do research on the majority of the companies that I support. Mercola Market is typically where I purchase my psyllium husks. They do multiple stage testing. 😊
@@SGTUSMCVET269I do better on almond or coconut milk.. dairy gives me digestive issues and painful bloats.. even soy milk doesn’t agree with me.. type of milk is a personal choice.. let people have the type of milk they like 😂
