    Wow what a Great video !
    Though I would be careful with psyllium husk as consumer reports found high levels of heavy metals in (as far as I remember) all psyllium husk products tested.

      @@whisper1776 I do research on the majority of the companies that I support. Mercola Market is typically where I purchase my psyllium husks. They do multiple stage testing. 😊

      I really don’t think it is as good for you as people think. I have a test I do on food. If it makes me sick I don’t keep eating it.

      @@SGTUSMCVET269I do better on almond or coconut milk.. dairy gives me digestive issues and painful bloats.. even soy milk doesn’t agree with me.. type of milk is a personal choice.. let people have the type of milk they like 😂
