Brandon you are awesome. I'm just getting started in this business actually waiting on my fingerprints to get back so I can get to work. While I'm waiting in watching all of your videos. Definitely getting a great insight as to what I'm getting into.
Brandon... um, no. I crush you with this one argument... What services do you provide to the owner of a $2M house that you do not provide to the owner of a $1M house? Or a $500K house? If you cannot list a specific increase in the value or services you provide, then why should you be paid $15K for selling one home and $60K for selling another? Btw, even $15K is too high a fee for the services a real estate agent provides.
What if the seller says the competing agent is a broker himself? He doesn't have to pay 1% to broker anymore so that he can offer discount ? now that you brought up the commission structure to the seller , How would you overcome this competition ?
Some states require every Realtor to be a broker. They still have to split their commissions with a Real Estate company. If she is truly the owner of the firm then I’d explain that 2% is probably her paycheck, not 1%.

Nice photo on the background
amazing. subscribed.
Get buyers to over pay for your home. That’s tricky. What happens when it’s time for a price reduction?

That’s old mike ferry script, nothing new! Just different wording
How do I not feel like a liar by telling the prospect that one percent of my commission goes to market in? Photos only cost $150 here.😂
Probably by doing your job and spending more on marketing your listings than $150
