    Would be lovely if all of the exercises in the video weren't wrist-based, as someone with thin and pretty much weak wrists, it's painful to lean on my wrists for so long 🤧

    Madeline I watch all your videos and adore your Pilates workouts!! I would love to see more lifestyle content or vlogs if you were ever interested in starting that. I know you do more WIEIADs on insta but I'd watch them on RUclips too!

    Why are my upper legs hurting whenever I do exercises like the ones from 11 minutes till 16 minutes? Am I doing them wrong?
