Madeleine, I cannot stop raving about how amazing your workouts are. This one was definitely one of my favourite hands down. I love the new moves you incorporated and the music was absolutely lovely. You have helped me fall in love with moving my body. Your workouts have truly blessed me so much. I cannot thank you enough. my mood is so bad these days; it’s the « another day of existing »’s mood yk ?( ・∇・) but everyday I take myself together and I do a practice. It’s one day at a time. For anyone here, things will get better, even though you are stuck for now, it doesn’t means it don’t move, you just can’t see it yet !! Take care of yourself, all together as we walk into our lifetime. We are great people with strong hearts, don’t forget to remind u/the other around you about that. ps: today’s practice was strooong hahahah(๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)
Day sixteen complete! This was a bit difficult lol. I think it's because I went on a complete sugar binge yesterday (and this afternoon 😓) so I feel a bit...groggy. Anyway, I noticed midway through the workout that I'm finally beginning to get my form right! I'm starting to feel the burn in the appropriate places now! Good job to everyone participating. I believe in us.
well am glad i didnt take a pause idk if that was reading the coms beforehand which made my proud soul push until the end but happy ive gone until then was about to pause before i saw one minute left
@@halloumaahlem-k4iu dont necessarily need to be on a diet to see results. At first i did pilates without any diet and i was eating lots of junk food and over 1500 calories and i still saw results! But now im in a calorie deficit and trust me its so much quicker and better :)

yesss my abs are so much more defined and my legs are more toned. Obviously I have to keep going to keep the results but so far so happy with themmmm
