In terms of stylistic choices, the 1990's was utterly unremarkable.
I did have a 1993 Plymouth Laser in the early 90's, which was the same car as the Mitsubishi Eclipse. Chrysler and Mitsubishi had some kind of arrangement at the time, which also manifested in the Mitsubishi 3000 GT being the same car as the Dodge Stealth. It was the non-turbo 140hp DOHC version, with a manual transmission. Fun car to drive.
Lost it a few years later when there was major flooding that came up to the bottom of the door windows - enough to total the electronics.

I'm reasonably sure it's in the 5000's. I've seen several references indicating that he once made it into GM on the Korea servers, but also people claiming it was a bug in GM assignment at the time.
In my estimation, he's capable of breaking the brains of anyone below about 6K, though the mental fragility is scaled by MMR. At 6K, most people will be able to deal with his antics (at least until he notably improves his mechanics with improved hotkey usage), and as the opponent MMR goes down, the susceptibility to sewer mermaidness rises beyond linearly.
