The catholic church didn't start at the beginning of the early church. Peter never went to Rome. I'm afraid you have been taught untruth.
Also, the problem with a world leader such as the pope is that a sinful, faulty man gets attention that belongs to the Son of man. That is called "idolatry". The pope is not a representative of God. The Apostle Peter would be horrified if he was to see a mere man stealing the glory that belongs to his Lord Jesus. Please think about this and ask God to show you what is true. If you're sincere and serious about this, I know He will answer you. He loves you. ☝️😢😓

Quit being discouraged because something didn’t work out the way you wanted. Don’t live frustrated because somebody left that you wanted to stay, a door closed that you wanted open. God knows what He’s doing. He has your best interest at heart. You may not see it now, but one day, you’ll see what He was up to and you’ll be glad He closed the door. You’ll thank Him for not answering that prayer.

@@James5877 Neither of those verses says "when we call upon Jesus and make him our Lord and savior we are saved". You've just added to the gospel what it does not say. It says "repent and believe in the gospel". (The gospel is clearly spelled out in 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 ). In context it does not say "repent of your sins" either, which many people add to the gospel. It says repent in context meaning "turn away from your unbelief to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, so in context it means believe in what the Lord accomplished". That is "believing ON the Lord Jesus Christ. It is putting your full trust and faith in what He did, not in what you do.

Everyone should check it out God really touched me through that and then God pursued me and showed me my wrongs how I was professing to be a Christian while living along with the world. I was so confused thinking that I was going to happen but I wasn't. But on October 18th 2015 God pursued me in a big way he turned my life around I have repented and surrendered my whole life to him and now I'm on fire for Jesus and I give testimony every chance I get everywhere I go in Jesus name!

Same I'm still struggling with sexual sin. And i actually got water baptised just a month ago. In my naivety, I thought the struggles will be taken away and I will hate that same sin which Ive liked for many years. But it's still there. I asked God why I'm still struggling with this, I asked that I will hate this sexual sin so I won't fall for it anymore. I keep reading the Bible and His words sermons fasting and all that. The love for that sin still remains. Until I found a video talking about struggle. It pointed out the verse where Jesus raised Lazarus from the dead. Lazarus even he came back alive he was still struggling to move, was still trapped in his burial cloth. Imagine trying to stand and walk while still being wrapped in his burial cloth. Only when Lazarus came out from the cave and walk towards Jesus, then Lazarus was set free. The pastor pointed out a very important key, Lazarus was set free not because he want to be free but he was set free when Lazarus walk towards the voice who called him. It changed how I think about freedom from sin. I will still struggle from falling into sin, or doing the same sin again. But by getting closer to God, freedom will come later for sure. And keep reminding myself that God love us like a parent and He will surely forgive us anytime if we repent.

Pariah, The More You Turn from it, the Stronger You Will Get. As Soon as that thought or feeling hits, Turn from it, Pray to The Lord. Everything Is Possible Through Jesus. Don't give in, because You are addicted to that feeling. What is a moments pleasure, compared to being in hell forever? Trust In The Lord, Not in feelings. Be aware, the evil one may try to get You back into Your old ways. After many years, he's trying it on again. Maybe subtle little things, You find someone attractive, for whatever reason, even if not of a sexual nature, it Could turn to that, Be Aware. God Bless.

Pariah, and because You were Trying hard, the evil one is putting doubt's in Your mind. Don't listen to his lies, Rebuke Him, Surrender it All to Jesus, even the bad thoughts, fear of giving things up, The Lord got me off of smoking, Give Him Thanks and Praise!!! I prayed, (half heartedly,) got others to Pray for me. I didn't really want to give it up. One day I thought "I Need to Get Serious with The Lord." WHEN Will You get Serious with The Lord? We don't know the day of our death, But Jesus Grants Us Everlasting Life, if we Accept Him as our Saviour. Trust The Lord, You can't Trust Anything else in this life. Jesus Is The Way, The Truth, and The Life. Don't be afraid to Let Go of that sin, for whatever reason. Let Jesus Hold You In His Loving Arms, let go and Surrender to Him Alone. Speak to Him, He Is our Saviour, our Teacher, our Brother, our Friend. He Knows what we go through, He was tempted. But He Is Pure and Holy, The ONLY One who EVER walked this earth In Purity and Holiness. He Is our Help, Trust Him Alone. God Bless.

I think my favorite disciple so far is Matthew because of the way he seems to think very technically.
He seems less emotional and comparably less poetic to the others but he cares about the Truth.
He's probably in the opposite spectrum from Judas because he had a taste of the money and knows it is just an illusion. That's what makes his character even more interesting. He was probably the most "outcasted" in the group because of his background yet he wasn't the one who betrayed them and he kept his loyalty till the end.

The lesson we can learn from Judas Iscariot is absolutely profound, especially when we consider that when Jesus said one of His disciples would betray Him, they all asked, "Is it I Lord?" Too many times we think of Judas as being an obvious betrayer, so much so that he was practically wearing horns on his head, but the disciples needed to ask who it was (see also John 13:21-30). Additionally, we as believers have at least some idea of the treachery in our own hearts, prompting all the disciples to ask, could it be me? There's so much to think about here.
    Matthew 26:21-25:
21 Now as they were eating, He said, "Assuredly, I say to you, one of you will betray Me."
22 And they were exceedingly sorrowful, and each of them began to say to Him, "Lord, is it I?"
23 He answered and said, "He who dipped his hand with Me in the dish will betray Me.
24 The Son of Man indeed goes just as it is written of Him, but woe to that man by whom the Son of Man is betrayed! It would have been good for that man if he had not been born."
25 Then Judas, who was betraying Him, answered and said, "Rabbi, is it I?" He said to him, "You have said it."
The account of Judas always makes me look with gratitude to the Author and Keeper of my salvation. Think of when Jesus told Peter Satan had asked for him that he may sift him like wheat, but Jesus had prayed for Peter that his faith would be preserved. (Luke 22:31 And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat. 32 But I have prayed for you, that your faith should not fail; and when you have returned to Me, strengthen your brethren.”)

Is that a play on words somehow?
Why isn't believing in the gospel sufficient anymore? We are saved by grace through faith. That comes through believing the gospel and makes born again.
Am I missing something? Our good works are a result of being born again, not a way to be saved.
Belief in Jesus Christ's gospel is enough for salvation.
Just look at those in Matthew 7:21-23 who trusted in their works and didn't do the will of the Father. The will of the Father is to believe on Jesus.

The majority of believers are clearly of the devil and they certainly are not of God.
Just proclaiming that you believe in Jesus Christ certainly does not make someone a Christian and many are simply pretending to be Christians since most have no idea what believing in Jesus actually entails. The majority of people are just sinners who are deceived and they have ignored the scriptures where God commanded us to be Holy and to overcome. They also overlook how God stated that He will discipline His true children by testing their faith in order to see if their faith is genuine and real.
“But as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
      ‭‭I Peter‬ ‭1:15-16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while, if need be, you have been grieved by various trials, that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ,”
      ‭‭I Peter‬ ‭1:6-7‬ ‭NKJV‬
“But someone will say, “You have faith, and I have works.” Show me your faith without your works, and I will show you my faith by my works. You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe-and tremble! But do you want to know, O foolish man, that faith without works is dead?”
      ‭‭James‬ ‭2:18-20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“Faith without works is dead” is not saying that you must work to earn your salvation since no one can earn their salvation because it is a free gift from God. But what it is relating is that you must prove your faith by acting upon it and if you do not prove it then you reveal that you really do not believe. So just saying that you believe means very little to God since even Satan and his demons will do that much and if you really believe then you must prove that you believe by your words and by your actions.
Now any person who accepts Jesus into their life receives His Holy Spirit and they are now saved. This does not make them any wiser about God’s truth though and it does not take away their free will to still choose evil. This is why they must surrender their will to the Spirit and allow the Spirit to now change their heart. See Romans 12:1-2. Now if that person does not allow the Spirit to start changing their sinful ways to God’s Holy ways and they resist God’s discipline then the Spirit will certainly depart if they ever deny truth and blaspheme the Spirit. God calls this process sanctification but yet most believers never allow it to occur since most do not understand how to hear the voice of Jesus through testing the Spirits as commanded in 1 John 4. Realize that you cannot possibly live by the Spirit unless you understand how to hear the voice of Jesus Christ.
“Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits, whether they are of God; because many false prophets have gone out into the world. By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭4:1-3 NKJV‬‬
My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
      John 10:27 NKJV
Once you are truly living by the Spirit then you will clearly hear the Spirit of Jesus Christ instructing you to forsake your wealth and your current way of life. Jesus will have you sell your possessions and give most of it to the poor and you will never be a follower of Jesus Christ unless you have done so. Do not believe me then read Matthew 10:34-39, 16:24-25, 19:21, Mark 8:34-35, Luke 9:23-24, 12:33, 14:33, 17:33, 18:22, John 12:25 and Acts 2:44-45. So if you have never experienced these things in your life then you certainly are not following the guidance of the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ and you clearly are just someone who is deceived in their beliefs.
Faith requires action and all you need to do is read Hebrews 11 to prove as much since it reveals how people of faith overcame all of their obstacles. Realize that Abraham believed in God so much that he was willing to kill his own son in order to prove his faith. So if you do not act upon your faith then it certainly is dead and it is useless and it clearly proves that you DO NOT REALLY BELIEVE.
There are many believers who foolishly believe that they can never stop sinning even though there is not one scripture that ever relates that a Christian will always sin. A Christian is someone who is a follower of Christ which means they are living just as Jesus did. Jesus did not sin but yet many believe that they are a Christian even though they still possess sin in their wicked life. There are scriptures that use terms like, do not sin, has died to sin, has ceased from sin, cannot keep on sinning and cannot sin. All of these terms are used when describing a follower of Christ but yet many still foolishly believe that they can never stop sinning? Many will even twist scripture verses like 1 John 1:8-10 in order to justify why they still sin. ‬
Since we are all born in sin and in ignorance of God’s word and truth John was relating in 1 John 1:8-10 that anyone who thinks they have never sinned is then deceived and they do not understand the truth that is being related in scripture. John then related that if we would repent and confess our sins to God then God is faithful to forgive us of our sins and He would then cleanse us from living a sinful and unrighteousness life. John then went on to relate that anyone who believes that they have never sinned in this life is then calling God a liar. But nowhere is John ever relating that a believer will always continue to sin or that a believer could never overcome their sins.
So here is what most are missing. Yes we are all born in sin and we have all sinned but this certainly does not mean that a believer can never stop sinning. Jesus came to forgive us of the sins that we have already committed and this occurs at the moment that we repent of our sins and we accept Jesus and His Holy Spirit into our life. Once we receive His Holy Spirit we were then commanded to surrender our will to God so that we would allow His Spirit to sanctify our heart in God’s truth. Completing God’s purification process that is known as sanctification is when a believer will then become a born again Christian since they are now someone who has learned how to overcome sin and sickness in this lifetime.
Sanctification is a process where God has us face the lies, the deceptions and the temptations from the devil head on in order to show us how to overcome sin. It is not an easy process and this is what Paul referred to as his thorn in the flesh. God allows this confrontation in order to teach us His truth and to correct our wayward thinking regarding the lies that the devil have us believing. Sanctification will take years since it requires time, patience, suffering and endurance and this is actually when many believers fall to Satan’s many deceptions. Jesus related these examples in the parable of the sower. So this is how you prove your faith and this certainly is not doing works in order to earn your salvation.
You see, God will not stay in a sinful environment so if you resist the Spirits discipline then there is a good chance that you will blaspheme the Spirit. The Spirit will then depart, you will never get Him back and you have then lost your salvation. Why! As scripture states it would be like you trying to crucify Jesus all over again. This is explained in Hebrews 6:4-8, 10:26-39, 12:3-13 and 2 Peter 2-20-22. And yes the Spirit will always stay with you but for that to occur you must surrender your will and you must also do your part. You must learn to change from your sinful ways to God’s holy and sin free ways and you must not blaspheme the Spirit in the process. All of this explains why someone who falls for this once saved always saved fallacy is simply delusional in their beliefs.
A Christian is someone who lives just as Jesus did since they have overcome sin and sickness through the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. Jesus did not sin nor did Jesus ever get sick and if you are allowing His Holy Spirit to guide you in your life then it would be impossible for you to sin or to get sick as well. This is why the vast majority of believers certainly are not Christians since they are just deceived souls who are ignorant of truth and they have never learned how to overcome their sins.
“And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son. But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
      ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭21:6-8‬ ‭NKJV
Scripture clearly relates that anyone who sins belongs to the devil and anyone who is born of God does not sin and cannot sin. So anyone who can still sin and anyone who can still get sick is clearly proving that they are someone who has been deceived by the devil and they certainly are not being guided by the Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ.
‬ “He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God.”
      ‭‭I John‬ ‭3:8-9‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

@@berndmayer1765 Well, we're not, but God is creating the image of Jesus in us. Just being imputed with His righteousness as He was imputed with our sin, is more than enough for us. But when we see Him, we will be like Him; not God, but righteous like He is.. But everyone I've ever known, or heard of, died far from that goal. I do not expect to be very far toward it when I die.
There's no time in a purgatory, to purge us and change us, but we do lose the sin nature when we die, leaving only the new nature, born of God. When John said "He who is born of God, sinneth not", he probably meant the new nature, because, if he meant the whole, born again Christian, he contradicts himself, when he says, in the same chapter, yet, "if we say that we have no sin, we lie...", we make God a liar, and the truth is not in us. But change the reading of "he", to mean the new nature, and everything fits and works together just fine. Put it down to an idiomatic difference (maybe Greek has gendered pronouns?) and it is very likely that that's what John was talking about.
So if we lose the sin nature, leaving only that nature which is born of God and cannot sin, that would explain us being like Him when we see Him, all by itself. But perhaps God will do more to change us, after death or the Rapture, instantly, before we see Him. We don't know. I'm always glad enough when I can see that a troublesome passage actually makes perfect sense. However God interprets that, whatever His will is, it will be good.

I don't believe that Ray is doing anything wrong with how he preaches. I have noticed how his logical appeal stems mostly from Romans 3:19-31, which clarifies that we failed the Moral Laws, or better known as the 10 commandments, and Jesus Christ did what the law could not. Jesus took up the cross and died for our sins, thus our faith in Jesus is what helps us establish good relations with God. This is further supported by Ephesians 2:8-9, which states that "For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast." As for your claim about Judas being his favorite character being creepy, I don't agree with that at all. Although, I understand why you might feel that way (mine is the prophet Matthew and Apostle Paul), however, in the first 12-16 seconds of the video he said that he serves as sign post on what not to do. Specifically, in regards to the "self-deceptive nature of hypocrisy" characteristic that Judas possesses. That is fair quality that Judas has, or do you disagree? I found that to be an interesting take on the character due in part of his betrayal of Jesus. I also thought very little of him, as with the pharisees who saw Jesus too perform miraculous miracles and chose to demonize him. I was angry at them, but I know better than to judge others and get angry. Not sure about Ray refusing to believe in Mary as the "MOTHER OF GOD as the Blessed Virgin, (The immaculate conception)" but I know this: we are made for his glory (Isaiah 43:7) and everything that we do, including Mary, is done for the glory of God (1 Corinthians 10:31).
God bless you, and if I don't respond it's because it's late at night.

This young man in spite of his lack of fully understanding or having been taught the scripture faithfully is very respectful of Ray asking these very personal questions. We know God responds to the honesty of of a mans heart when he is being confronted with matters pertaining to his destination in eternity is a stake... When God exposes Himself thru the witness of His word and the nature of the guidelines (commandments...) the man will have every chance to come to repentance because this is God's ultimate desire... The beauty of this confrontation is that it is happening at an early age for the young man that he can hopefully(easily..) be brought out of darkness into His marvel light... The miracle is that God has ordained this exchange of words at a time when the cares of this life, the deceitfulness of riches and the lust of other thing entering in choke the word Mark 4:1-25... has not had time to overwhelm the man to receive the Love of God thru Jesus sacrifice at Calvary... This will come in due season for this young man... He who has begun a good work... As usual: bless Ray for being a ready and willing (obedient...) servant to bear witness to the Truth that others might be saved...

You have brought up a very good point here Ray; which I find is commonly neglected in the church. Church leaders tend to focus too much on scriptures that declare Gods love and mercy, and ignore the scriptures that have to do with the severity of sin.
I was a new convert to Christianity back in Oct of 91 having come from a scientific background along with a life abounding in gross sin. Since I abandoned my quest for scientific inquiry knowing science wouldn’t save my soul, I wasn’t going to just take the pastor’s word by telling me a was “saved” by having received Jesus. I needed CERTAINTY!
I purchased the King James Bible on CD and listened to it constantly in the wasted hours commuting back and forth to work in rush hour traffic which equated to 15 hours a week. This ordeal went on for over 3 years where I filled myself with the WORD of GOD, to the point of having entire CHAPTERS memorized verbatim. I had a tremendous amount of Word in my head, not in my heart.
On March 25, 1995 God opened my mind while alone at the beach in my car reading his Word and loving him with all my heart! It was only after having received the baptism of the Holy Spirit that I realized I was now saved! That day I realized that I had always read and listened to the Bible with a plank in my eye, in other words, this apostle is writing to this other apostle, this scripture doesn’t apply to me. It was only then that I realized those Words were God Himself speaking to ME!
It was on that day I also understood the magnitud of the FEAR OF THE LORD! Pastors are watering down the Gospel and leading souls to Hell. People must realize that the way to God is the same for everyone; we must be BORN AGAIN through his Word! Jesus and his Word are ONE AND THE SAME!
“I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by ME.”
    (John 14:6)

If not fear, then how about love? It was our sin that Jesus bled and died for. He suffered the wrath we deserve. Imagine the agony of the uncreated Creator suffering the wrath for your sin, your evil against Him. Meditate on the love He has that He would take on flesh, dwell in this evil, fallen world, and die for us while we were His enemy because sin is so serious it demands payment, either us in hell for eternity, or the priceless Son of God's blood and life. Are you going to know that and then decide, 'no, i want this evil, temporary pleasure. not only that, i want to take pleasure IN evil sin'? Are you grateful for His love? For His sacrifice? Look to the cross! Picture the bloody cross where the Savior suffered! God Himself was beaten, tortured, mocked, and spat on. He climbed onto the cross and the men He created nailed Him to it. The Father poured out His wrath upon Him. He died. God raised Him from the dead and He offers the gift of grace, salvation, forgiveness to those who believe in Him. Don't stop preaching the Gospel to yourself. Don't stop thinking about the cross, about Jesus.

    Thanks for this!
Felt like elaborating a bit on the point that 'repentance alone cannot save you':
-Imagine you're in court, like Ray's example. You say to the judge that you're truly sorry about what you did and you'll never do it again: so he throws you into jail.
-Rightly, this leads us to the example of someone paying your fine: of us breaking the law, and Jesus - at the cross - taking the wages of sin we've duly earned upon Himself, in our stead
But note that these two above examples meet, in a way. So, let me use another to try to demonstrate this.
-Imagine the first example (repentance) without the second example (a Savior - Someone to bear your wages). It's simply the punishment of the law for you: you have contrition, but no Savior. No Mediator.
The law's been broken and damage has been done, and you cannot repair it. So while you genuinely are sorry, you have no power to pay off your due wages on your own. Helpless, guilty, and alone.
-Imagine the second example (a Savior - Someone to bear your wages) without the first (repentance). You do not see yourself as having done anything truly wrong, or you're not treating it as a big deal even if you do recognize it as wrong: as a result, you do not place your trust in the One who's born your wages. Regardless of the sufficiency of the Savior, if you do not choose to trust Him, you're left on your own.
To put it into quotes, so to speak, this'd be like the Judge saying "Someone's paid your fee, you're free to go."
"No, I don't need that. Why would I need that?"
"Okay then. To jail with you."
Not alone: but unrepentant. Your guilt is left on your head.
-Now imagine them together. Repentance and One to bear your wages.
"Someone's paid your fee, you're free to go."
    "THANK YOU!"
    =====
Thanks for these: keep up the great work!

@@petemiller2920 that’s a type of worldly sorrow. An atheist can return money that is stolen and feel sorry but does that mean he goes to heaven if he didn’t trust alone on the Lord Jesus Christ? No.
John 6:70, Judas is “a devil” KJV. Not the devil, but a devil. John 17:12, Jesus speaking about the disciples and notice “none of them is lost but the son of perdition” KJV. The son of perdition is spoken in 2 Thess 2:3-7. The son of perdition that comes in the end times has been revealed already by Jesus in John 17:12. It’s Judas Iscariot. Acts 1:25 KJV said Judas fell by transgression and “that he might go to his own place”. See Rev.9:12 “the angel of the bottomless pit, whose name in the Hebrew tongue is Abaddon, but in the Greek tongue hath his name Apollyon.” Those two names mean perdition. If that not enough, see Rev.17:8. Jesus said many times that Judas was a devil. What he did was worldly sorrow which will do nothing but land you into hell. Godly sorrow is what works repentance unto salvation 2 Corinthians 7:10. Godly sorrow is seen in men like David and Peter who realized they were sinners. Contrary, worldly sorrow is feeling sorry because you got caught or suffering consequences like pharaoh in exodus said after the plagues “I’ve sinned this time” and asked God to stop the plagues and what did he do after? Continued to disobey. Exod.9:27-35. There’s a difference between godly sorrow repentance and worldly sorrow. Penance which is what Judas did (by giving back The silver in hopes they release Jesus) is a worldly sorrow.
All these scriptures are in KJV. Any modern version will probably lose the cross references

@@JesusSaves1611 Thanks for the explanation with citations. Looks like you can make a case that the Bible, particularly John 17:12, says that Judas is in hell. I still don't see how a loving, merciful God wouldn't give Judas more time. Even if his Godly repentance wasn't complete, surely he'd taken a few important steps in that direction by feeling genuine guilt, repenting, and trying to right the wrong he'd done. It's even more evil of God when one considers that Judas was his pawn, as God's plan required Jesus be turned over for crucifixion. I'm an atheist, BTW.

From what I picked up in reading there is the part where Jesus speaks to the crowd and they depart from him for speaking hard words. He turns to his apostles and asks if they will leave also. I always understood that was the moment Judas started doubting him. But then yes the love for money definitely comes in after this.

Hi. I’ve been listening to you for a few months now and I enjoy every video I’ve watched. I have been a “Christian” since I was about 6-7 years old. I’ve been through a lot in my 54 years. I’ve always believed in Jesus. Even during the times I wasn’t obeying him. The years of self harm and self hatred. The years of drinking to self medicate and smoking marijuana for the same reason. I’ve been to many churches but I’ve never felt comfortable in them. In all my years I’ve only ever met one ☝️ person who actually had the Holy Spirit. I felt him as soon as she came near me. It was amazing. As I said, I’ve come back to the Lord. I can’t remember why or what happened to bring me back but I’m grateful I did. I doubt myself constantly. God gave me a revelation of his love one day when I was very depressed and it was absolutely beautiful. I cried tears of happiness and I laughed with joy. At the same time. I’ve never felt anything like it before. I knew He really loved me right then in that moment and I will never forget it. But I need prayer desperately. I’ve been abused all my life. I’ve been told by professionals that I’ve suffered every abuse there is to suffer. There was a period of about 4 years that my mother was married to a satanic high priest. He wasn’t a “wanna be”. He was the real deal. The only thing that kept me safe and alive was my unyielding belief in Jesus. When he realised he couldn’t break me he committed suicide and said he would be back. I don’t believe he will. I’ve forgiven him and my mother for allowing him to do what he was doing. I was going through puberty and it was a living nightmare. After he died my nana and Aunty thought I was possessed and had a priest come to exorcise me. I have no memory of what happened. I have repressed memories from my childhood and from when the evil stepfather was alive. I have been learning more in the last few months than I’ve ever learned before. I try to follow the 10 commandments. I’ve forgiven everyone who has hurt me. With the Holy Spirits help I have defeated lust. I’m completely celibate. I don’t cuss anymore or talk filth anymore and I used to have the foulest thoughts and the foulest tongue. I can’t stand hearing filth anymore and I don’t think like I used to. I’ve changed a lot but I keep feeling like there’s something holding me back from truly giving in to God which is what I want to do more than anything. I want a relationship with him but something is wrong with me. I haven’t written everything that’s gone on in my life because it would take up too much space and time. I feel oppressed. I know I’m not possessed. I need prayer please. Real Holy Spirit prayer. Not just people saying they will pray and don’t. I’m desperate. I’m worried that I’ll turn away from God again and go back to just existing and not caring about anything. I’ve asked others but haven’t even received a response. Please 😢. I’m begging 🥺 you for prayer. Deliverance prayer. Baptism in the Holy Spirit. I don’t know? Could you please pray for me and ask God what I need? And then pray for me? I would be so grateful. Thank you for even reading this long comment and thank you for your time and help. Bless you ❤
