Hey 👋 Danny, since you asked, I would like to see a series on hitting the ball from different types of lies: the typical ball Above/Below your feet lie, Sidehill lies, thick rough lies, ball sitting down in rough lies, ball in divot lie, and hard pan lies. Not many video instructors cover these and it would be great to see!! Keep up the good work, buddy!!

Hi Danny! I really, really like your videos, I haven't had the opportunity to take one of your lessons to the driving range yet, but I feel like I've already gotten a much better understanding of the golf swing and how you're supposed to hit the ball first with power and accuracy. I love that your drills are simple and concise so as to not having to think about a million things at the same time. I suspect it will take a lot of time and effort on the range to fix my golf swing, but thanks to you I have some hope now of how to go about improving my game. Can't wait to take your lessons to the driving range and giving it all a go!
I would love more videos on those 30-70 yards shots where you need a half swing and get all scared of losing control and ending up fatting or topping the ball. Maybe also a video on how to make those high beautiful short game backspin shots that just lands on the green immediately stopping or even going backwards a bit. Thanks for all your great videos!

I'm thoroughly enjoying all your videos and I look forward to trying your putting tips on the practice green (and home). I've added so much distance to both my woods and irons, most from one simple tip (and executions), and that is to forget ALL that I've been learning and just become more athletically fluid. I was becoming too mechanical and stilted from trying to combine and implement so many different drills that I got away from being relaxed. Thanks, Danny, and keep the tips coming.

Thank you Danny for the putting tips. I really liked the idea of taking steps from the ball to the pin to figure out an approximate distance. I will give this a try tomorrow. I also just started taking practice putts on the putting green before each game to get a better idea of the speed of the green on the day of the round. And one more thing - I liked that you include your dad in some of your videos. You make a great pair (student and teacher!!). Hi to you both and thanks again.

I can't thank you enough for these instructional vidieos! I have really been struggling in all facets, putting, chipping, irons, driver. Seriously considered giving the game up. But I decided to see if online instruction might help, and truthfully I didn't find any that made sense, until I stumbled on to you Danny Maude. You made your videos so easy to understand and implement. So after two weeks of watching your lessons I have literally shaved 10 to 15 strokes off my scores. Enjoyment has returned, scores are down, and golf is fun again,. I am 72, was a 10 hanicapper, rose to a 22 and ready to quit after 50 years of golfing. I am sure my resurrected swing and confidence will get me back to a 10, and perhaps even lower. Thanks again Danny

My game has come on a treat since watching your videos, many thanks. Dropped my handicap by 2.3 so far!
An issue I had yesterday was to do with scoring. In a doubles greensomes I thought we had agreed the scores as we left each green. I wrote them down either on the green or as walking to the next tee, but when we did the checking at the end of 18 holes our opponents had a 6 for one of their holes and I had a 7. Our opponents seemed to spend a lot of time over the cards during the game and were not having their best day. I could not bear an argument so changed the score on my card (it made no difference to the outcome of the competition) but tips on accurate scoring of cards would be welcomed.
Your name is now being spread around our club and many are extolling how useful the videos are.

This may be more mental than swing related, but a video on reducing stress on approach shots. If I'm hitting a layup, easy-peasy, middle of the fairway at the correct distance for the club (or longer). But when I need to hit a green, weak short misses, pushes, pulls, tops, you name it. Big time stress chokes for what should be easy GIR approaches. Love your videos! Great tips and instructions.

I've battled both 'casting' & 'flipping' for years and had never felt the proper 'release' through the ball, as I've been focused on hitting the ball, and consequently struggled for accuracy and distance. Having just watched your video = "This Iron Tip Just Works!" I finally understand what I need to be doing, but practicing in my front room the club came through so fast I've put a hole in the ceiling! - If I'd known this 40 years ago I'd have got so much more enjoyment out of the game; can't wait for tomorrows round! ... Thank you!

    Hi Danny!
This suggestion is not so much about golfing technique as you requested but I think it's important anyway. I've noticed a marked degradation in golf course etiquette. I don't know if it's that there's so many new players because of Covid or what. I think we assume everyone is on the same page about how to conduct themselves and how to take care of the golf course so it's fun for everyone. For example, maybe something on how to properly repair a ball mark. Judging by all the ball marks I see, maybe others could use a lesson too.
I know some of your subscribers will think this is rudimentary stuff but I'm sure golf course superintendents will appreciate it.
Thanks for your videos. I really enjoy your enthusiasm.

Danny, as a 70 year old high teens handicapper, I need a spot more consistency. I can play very good shots and holes, but in same round I play some very bad ones. Of course any improvements in my short game would likely translate to considerably lower scores, and get my HC down to lower teens. This latest lesson on reading greens is yet another example of giving me a much better chance of lowering my scores, as I tend to 3-putt far too often. So I would like you to continue doing what you are doing - that is, simplifying the elements of the game and bringing such great common sense (and joy) into it. Thanks very much Danny.

I Learned this drill 20 years ago. However, I do like the way you teach putting!

Thx for the tips on putting, I tend to almost always 3 putt because I have so many issues reading the distance and how much touch is needed.

Watched this session on Saturday when it arrived. I had been so frustrated with my putting, it had reached stage where three putts were not unusual. Played on Sunday , wow what a difference, felt confident, reading puts so much better, but biggest improvement was not coming up short. End result was a net 3 under par round and a very happy golfer. Thanks Danny .
Would like to have you discuss the variety of golf balls and what you would recommend for golfers of various handicaps. Think as golfers we often all think the most expensive is the right ball.

Better golf result are about getting better at the short game. What I work on most, what I need to work on the most.. As usual insightful and helpful.

    Hi Danny
The 5 tips to removing a slice helped me but I mentally went back to old ways. I am working on being practicing to get my brain and body as one. its a work in process :). Your video about reading greens also helped me as I was one of those people that just guess an putt and than moved on. I just retired so I will be playing twice a week one in a men league and the other with friends and family. To have your videos when I need them is a great help.
    Thank you
    Ralph

Danny I like your delivery, TY. I play on a links course so I'd suggest "picking the right short game clubs (bounce, loft etc) & shots" for firm ground.

I'd love a video on getting backspin. Your way of teaching is very intuitive and more feeling based rather than procedural and mechanical. :) keep up the great work

Hi Danny. I have built my swing over the winter in a simulator from rubbish to something I'm happier with, largely based on your videos. I still struggle with accuracy. I never know whether I'll slice, hook, push or pull. My most common miss with an iron is a 450 rpm draw. I would love to see a video on aim control. Great work Thanks !

It would be great to see more videos like this, with tips on short game overall. This one on putting, last one on chipping. A video on bunker shots next and were home!

This putting video was great. It is easy to go from video to golf courd=se and put in practice. My gave has improved by 10 shots since I subscribed. Great job.

Hi Danny an explination of follow through, i have been playing for years and understand i need to, but have never had it explained in a lesson or seen a video which covers it well enough.

Thanks Danny for all the perfect length interesting videos - not too long and not too short. Its been said a player should not think of or focus on more than 2 or 3 things at the most while playing a shot. What in your view are these three things. I would like to see a video on this subject. A second request is for a session on the use and control of all the various big and small muscles before (in the pre-shot routine) and during the swing, including how tight or loose one should grip the club during the swing (for long and short shots), with some insights on : during a swing how much conscious thought should be focused on the use of the various muscles.

Another great lesson. I love learning the technical aspects of sport. I did this with bowling to become a Senior PBA member. Now at 68, I am learning golf. Played once with a 55 score for 9 holes (3-putted 8 holes!). So this putting lesson will help me. I am driving 220-240 now, with a starter set of clubs. So the chipping/short game is likely where I need the most help. I like the mallet style putter, so don’t send that blade putter to me (although it is sweet!).

Hey Danny. You are so helpful to us golfers trying to improve our golf game and continue to improve. I really enjoy tips and drills to have consistent ball striking and avoid the tendency of powering down with my upper body and shoulders with the end resulting being an outside/in swing and slicing the ball. Your use of analogies are so helpful, throwing a baseball for example and leading with the legs and lower body and the arm having a whip affect. Thank you for all you do.

Hi Danny, as I told in previous comments, I think you are one of the best coaches in the network, especially on how you explain ! I have interest on a video related on how to reduce the excess of rotation in the swing, and how to be consistent (my nightmare). Thanks

Danny, I really enjoy your videos and tips on golf! A big part of my game that I require help with is putting. The Dave Pelz game from this video will help. Striking the putter in the middle every time would also assist. So any videos about that would be great, thanks!
