Putting on non-professional, slower (7-10), greens and 50+ foot putts are a big challenge, my backswing would resemble a 9 iron shot if same pace! All suggestions welcome!

I have no doubt these are solid tips but given it takes me more shots to get there this would take too long if all 4 of us did it. Our rounds are slow as it is.
Money was definitely a big factor in his decision but not the only factor as he has said many times. Just like your job and my job. Job satisfaction, roster, playing environment, visits home. Actually playing golf in your own country without massive penalties to your career. Plus more I'm sure
