That’s what adaptive battery means. Initially you don’t get the best SOT in pixel devices, using upon daily it calculates the usage of your activities of apps and optimises accordingly
"AI optimisations" is some next level of markehing bs. what on earth is that supposed to mean? pixel does not even run it's advertised models on device itself, it connects to google servers to do that. Also fast forward now QC SD 8 gen 3 is a big elefant in the room supporting generative AI models offline....
but do such tests make sense? I think users don't care what numbers benchmarks show, what's much more important - how fast applications are being opened, how smooth the user experience and so on. I would rather see a test like that.
A17 appear to be 2023 SoC winner against 2022 SoC ( A16, SD 8 Gen 2 and Dimensity 9200+ )while Tensor G3 are the loser of bunch.. can't even match the performance of 2022 SoC despite born in this year..but well maybe it has some sort of strong points of its own..

The S23 Ultra beats iphone 15pm in Antutu and GPU test. Dayumm.
Hi Nick. Are you selling damaged iphone but still working? Can I buy 1?😊
Nice video. Thank you for your efforts
Tensor G3 doesn't have ray tracing support, thats why you can't run 3D Mark's Solar Bay benchmark
Wait until iOS is as optimized and optimized performance wise as iOS 15
Glad to see iphone stays cooler than s23u and beating it in terms of performance. Iphone 14 pm did very well to even beeng over 1 year old.
Same
It did well BECAUSE it was one year old. I think you got my point.
Watch Samsung vs iPhone stress test on the channel in depth tech reviews and see how iPhone throttles like a 200 dollar phone whereas Samsung stays buttery smooth
@@debjitmondal169 duh
@@lionelmessithegoatLM10 yeah yeah we get it
tensor g3 gets less hot compared to the previous generation ?
You have to enable gaming boost on the 13T pro. That helped me get 1.9k on gb6 CPU single core
It gets that much unless throttled, he even mentioned it between cases.
Yeah performance mode is enabled. Just a pity it throttles so easily...
@@TechNickim curious how it managed to get to 52 degrees in ur test. i did the same test on my 13t pro and performance mode on, got a score of 1.6 million and the thing was warm but not hot and not 52 degrees hot. it was cooler than my 11t pro when playing minecraft 😂

Snapdragon 8 gen 3 vs 8 gen 2 practical comparison pls!
Once I get an 8 Gen 3 device I’ll certainly do so!😎

Antutu is not stable anymore. Thats why 13 t pro that bad
Good job 👍
Xiaomi 13t Pro is that expensive in the US? It's $600 in my country
Waiting for your review on xiaomi 14 series ❤️❤️
I currently have a Pixel 7 Pro and a Pixel Fold. I can appreciate benchmarks and the other phones being more hardcore. But I'm not a gamer (most people aren't) and my 7 pro performs flawlessly with every task I need it to. The Fold some slow connection issues. Pixel phones are the smartest smartphones and perfect for the average grownup adult.
I have considered upgrading my 7 Pro to the 8 Pro but next year we should see the first truly custom chip from Google so I think I want to hold out for that.
Well said bud 👏 yeah, like I said in the video, pixels might not show in numbers, but they often feel even smoother when using on the daily due to their advanced AI and machine learning. I think waiting for the Pixel 9 might be a bigger upgrade for you if you already have a 7🙌
The Pixel 8 series has to utilize the cloud and Google photos to perform much of it's AI magic, as it simply does not have the chipset to accomplish this on the devices themselves. Should Google run the Snapdragon 8Gen3 (with it's phenomenal AI abilities) on the Pixel 9, then, and only then, could you say Pixels are the smartest phones without being woefully wide of the mark.
@@neilmcguinness4422indeed, posted a similar comment
@@neilmcguinness4422 no. People seem convinced that there should be one chipset for the entire world. In no other type of business or market of things would we think there should be zero competition and zero differences. Like I pointed out in my reply, Google is working towards there first truly custom SOC. These custom Samsung have been a build up to that. They wanted it for this year and it wasn't ready but it's going to be on next year's.
I am not in code or engineering for chipsets but I saw someone who is explain on Reddit how these tensor chips are truly custom chips. They're not just rebranded exynos. They're making the chip to prioritize the things that they want prioritized on their phones. We will see that in full swing next year. And competition is a good thing.
I went with the Xiaomi 13T Pro due to it being almost half the price (at least in my country) of S23 Ultra and even less than half the price of IPhone 15 Pro Max... while offering somewhat comparable performance...
so apple still has geekbench and Snapdragon is still ahead in gpu . got it
I say GPU is better in 8gen2 but apps doesn't utilise that raw power for that reason apple is best in both it has more raw power and apps are optimised for it
@rushikeshtapre8620 no argument in there apple still the king when it comes to optimization but android is not that behind anymore they r getting there
@@cepn1 i want Android beat iphones but apple launches 4 iPhone every year it's easy to use and update and optimize for developers that's why I'm buying 15 Plus 256gb midnight because I'm done with Android
Is it true that I phone 15 pro max with macbook charger & USB type c 3.0 cable charge speed is 35watt? And is it consistent speed or only when battery is empty?
Can u compare ROG next? Also here's a tip for comparing gaming phones, please leave the back open air or hold it, so the heat flows directly out of the phone and not saved in it's back
the Mi 13T Pro got hotter than a BiteAway pen 💀👌
Dude, could there be a score difference due to the different benchmark version on iPhones?
You forgot to say Dimensity 9300 and Snapdragon 8th Gen 3 against Bionic A17
Does your xiaomi 13T pro have a delay issues?? I mean like notifications being hold or comes late......
With the peak in performance with 8gen3 is really gon be the best in gaming
Thanks man❤
8 gen 3 destroys every mobile chip so far , at 903 mhz it's on par of m1
And is that a huge thing? The 2024 chip outperform the 2020 chip? Even if everyone call the M1 is a desktop class chip, it's still just a doubled A14, so..
By the way even the A17 close to the M1 in multiple tests and that is still a 2023 chip. (And if you try to argue about the SD8G3 is a A17 competitor, you can go back to 2019/2020, when Android manufacturers still had balls to release a phone with the iPhone.. SD855 announced in 2018 dec 4, but releases in the Note 10 (2019 aug) and in the Pixel 4 XL (2019 oct).. nobody compared that with the A12 from 2018 just because it was announced in 2018.. everyone compared them with the iPhone betwen Note 10 and Pixel 4 XL.. so with the 2019 iPhone 11, not with the 2018 iPhone Xs.. and just follow the method: SD865 vs A14 /this was actually the last Note 20 vs iPhone 12, what releases together../, SD888 vs A15, SD8G1 vs A16, SD8G2 vs A17 and SD8G3 vs A18...)
Still not in par with A17pro since single core of iPhone still the best, but yeah it's good enough.

Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. But iPhone 14 Pro and 15 Pro can only take 10 bit colour depth photo when ProRaw turned on. Why ?
I don't have an iPhone, so can anyone please let me know if you turn ProRaw in 12 megapixel instead of 48 megapixel, can it take 12 bit photos ?
I'm curious about this because, 12-bit = 68 billion colours. But, 10-bit = 1.07 billion colours. That's a huge difference.
If iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro cannot take 12 bit photos, that seems to be a huge downgrade !
??????????????????
Well, only new Xiaomi phones takes 12 bit photos and only new Xiaomi phones does have 12 bits in their display. The Xiaomi 13 Pro is an example, has 68 Billion colors
No any smartphones other than Xiaomi offer that kind of colours
@@WololoWololo2 Bro, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 Pro can take 12 bit photos in ProRaw format.

@@zisanahmed8347 iPhone displays arent capable of doing it. But I'am saying ONLY new Xiaomi phones does have displays that are capable of displaying 12 bit
From what I know the phones can't display it and people didn't really care so it only made sense to remove it. Companies do this all the time
Xiaomi isn't known for throttling at all, or at least, not this year.. their 13 series had the best stability. it's the SoC's fault, which has been pushed beyond any reasonable limit by mediatek to be able to claim that it's better than the 8 Gen 2. correct me if I'm wrong
this is only when set to high performance mode too. wouldnt be surprised if the phone turned out performing better with it off. i know because i have the phone myself and i have never seen it hitting anything close to 50 degrees celcius
i did a antutu test with performance mode on in a normal temperatur room and highest it hit was 39 degrees
Tell me more about it, because am literally thinking to swap my (galaxy s22 ultra) which i used for 1 year, for a new xiaomi 13t pro, for my case i feel its worth it for that fast charging feature and many other features, am just concered about switching from "samsung" to "xiaomi" can you tell me everything you noticed and lived with xiaomi 13t pro? Don't waste your time watching RUclips videos. You only live once.
That’s what adaptive battery means. Initially you don’t get the best SOT in pixel devices, using upon daily it calculates the usage of your activities of apps and optimises accordingly

but do such tests make sense? I think users don't care what numbers benchmarks show, what's much more important - how fast applications are being opened, how smooth the user experience and so on. I would rather see a test like that.
