It seems to be a high-speed flow issue. You might have the supports set to print much faster than the outer perimeters. A partial clog or insufficient heating could be the problem.

A big issue here is also the filament. At 36 seconds you zoom in, and there are gaps in the yellow part of the belly that mimic the purge tower. This filament needs tuned different. But, I also will throw in 2 cents, that you seem to get what you pay for with the cheaper Elegoo filament. I had nothing but fits with Elegoo over a large project that used about 100kgs of filament, and I tried to save a buck and use Elegoo. Huge mistake. I had lots of similar gaps, massive inconsistency between colors, cooling overhangs was a nightmare, and awful bed adhesion. I learned my lesson, stick to the good stuff, and just price projects accordingly. I had to eat it, and switch material part way through.

Waiting on p1s in the mail right now but have been doing a lot of research on the multicolor settings. There should be a setting somewhere in the bambu slicer to adjust how much material it purges when changing colors

in the bambu slicer under "others" on the prepare screen there should be a option to purge into the infill/supports which will save on waste during color changes and yes try to fit as many as you can on the build plate if you have a lot of color changes. You can also designate one of the items to act as a purge tower and just print whatever color is loaded which can lead to some interesting prints.

I find that tree supports are not as reliable for multi color print. On Bambu Lab's PVA Printing Guide it says "In such cases, it is advisable to avoid using tree supports (which can be excessively thin and fragile)". Plus if you are already purging into supports does it make a filament difference on normal vs tree? On the waste for X1/P1 you can flush into objects like Infinity cubes which give them a cool color and it does not feel like a waste when it cost 10 cents more with close to as little waste as possible. Hope this information helps.

    change the support thickness

try lower supports angle(preferred branch angle - default should be 30 - to 25) but why wipe tower is also like that - default cone angle should be 25 and my wipe towers are smooth as butter.... same with supports.... but I personally think you under extrude quite a bit (also maybe print too low or high temp) - because only problems are supports and wipe tower (supports are under extruded by default (line width 0.36 not 0.45) and if your extruder multiplier is 0.95 or so you give even less material for the supports (I print pla EM 1.05 give or take .02)... wipe tower is more giving because it should over extrude by default (100% extra flow for purging)... and models themselves are looking fine because your line width is 0.45 or so and you have to under/over extrude REALLY bad to f prints up...

If your intention is to sell these creations I'm curious as to how you would price them? If one print takes you 12 hours even at a minimum wage of say $15/hr that's $180. Now I have absolutely no idea what the market is for those types of creations so just based on the time your printer is running how again would you price (taking into consideration the COMs all of your "overhead"). I currently print for my own "fun" so I'm just curious. Plus, you must have an amazing amount of patience to wait 12 hours for one print ;)

These are donated to a teachers classroom for class prizes. The 12 hour bulbasaur was more for a test. We printed 5 last night and it only took 15 hours. Most of the time is used for filament changes. So it's better to print in volume with the bambu or single color for faster prints

its only a waste if you cannot sell them. ask and demand. if an idiot is willing to pay a million for something. its worth a million.

Nah these are great for the school classroom prize box. Kids love them and it gets them interesting in 3d printing.
