  • Here is the way I like to satisfy my craving for tender, juicy, and smokey BBQ ribs, when I don't feel like smoking ribs on a pit. I slowly cook them in the oven and sauce them with easy homemade barbecue sauce. You can also use your favorite BBQ rubs for seasoning and store-purchased BBQ sauces for an easier recipe. These fall off the bone ribs are easy and delicious!
🔴 My COOKBOOK is available online at Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Target, and Walmart
    INGREDIENTS
2 to 2 1/2 lbs Pork baby back ribs
1 1/2 to 2 Tbsp Liquid Smoke (I used hickory liquid smoke)
Dry Rub (store brand works or the recipe for mine is below)
1/3 cup of BBQ Sauce (my recipe is below)
    DRY RUB RECIPE
    2 Tbsp paprika
    1 Tbsp lemon pepper
    1 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp onion powder
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
    HOMEMADE BARBECUE SAUCE RECIPE
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 tsp spicy brown mustard
1 Tbsp honey (or brown sugar)
    1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp dry rub seasoning

I've never cooked ribs before, but my wife wanted St. Louis style spare ribs for Christmas dinner. Since I'm the cook in our marriage, I had to learn how to get them done without a pit. This video helped me so much and saved our Christmas dinner. Thanks very much and God bless you.

Made these last night. I didn't have enough time to cook them as long, but I got a solid 2 hours including the browning time, and they were absolutely incredible! When I started cooking them two family members said they weren't going to eat because they'd eaten a late lunch. Well, after a bite they both changed their mind and in minutes there was nothing left! lol

I made these ribs a few days ago. Best ever!! I had a hard time keeping my husband away from the rub and BBQ sauce before I even cooked the ribs. I do not normally put sauce on my ribs, but this is such a light sauce I thought I would try it. It was great. It also worked good for dipping french-fries. 👍👍
