    I never expected that so many people would watch my videos and use my website - over 50,000 a day from 200 countries! I love all the positive feedback but I simply can't keep up with the questions any more. I did my best up until now but the numbers keep growing and I just can’t do it.
    I never did this for money. I did it for my love of cooking and I just wanted to share my recipes. I've addressed the most commonly asked questions in the FAQs on my website: www.JennyCanCook.com so please go there for answers - and lots more recipes. There are no ads on my website. Thank you for understanding.

    Dear Jenny. I'm really sorry but i need to say the truth, i'm sorry if my comment is too long. Well, my mother is british, my father italian, everyone in my family cooking like the top of the top, many of my friends are michelin premied chef in all Europe. I'm sorry but as European and with my background i'm always a little bit scared by USA cuisine, because it's rough, elementary, too much processed and distant than proper high cuisine. BUT you changed my mind! I've tested this recipe and it's crazy, it's wonderful, it's great! I don't know how to say thank you because it's probably one of the best recipe found in my life, it's perfect! The meat softness, the humidity, the tenderness is spectacular! Thank you thnk you thank you!
    Great job!

    I like that Jenny is honest and doesn't re-shoot taking off the membrane. It didn't come off perfectly, so she kept going and showed that sometimes you just adjust. This is the kind of cooking series I like to watch because I know the person in the video isn't trying to make the steps seem entirely effortless. Integrity really impresses me.

    I tried Jenny's fall off of the bone ribs last year and baby... Jenny can cook. I followed her recipe to the tee and everybody loved these ribs. I was so happy I saved my husband and I 2 ribs a piece before we went to the gathering because those ribs were completely devoured. Thanks Jenny.

    Shout out to Jenny.
    I remember watching your show back in the day and now you're one of my favorite youtube channels for recipes.
    I've made these ribs at least 4 times and they come out perfect every time. Such an easy recipe to follow.
    I also use your cinnamon roll and pot roast recipes as my go-to's now too.
    Still so many recipes to try.
    Thanks, Jenny!!!

      How many grams of sugar would that be, '1/4 cup' is a bit random?

      Can i use white sugar instead of brown?

    • @kcaegis45
      @kcaegis45 5 лет назад +4

      @@aiai4life ..You can but it won't have the same taste. Brown sugar still has molasses in it as white sugar is refined sugar just for sweetness. That's why brown sugar is brown from the molasses.

      another way would be to soak some wood chips. after a good soak, wrap some chips in a foik pouch and poke a few holes in it. place the pouch in the rib pan and cover like she does in the video. the chips will heat up and smoke and the smoke will stay trapped in the pan with the ribs and impart a smoky flavor.

      +Anton Gauna I tried this recipe a month ago and am cooking it again now, as I type. Taking off the connective tissue membrane and pre-cutting the ribs is, in my humble opinion, genius. They are tender and flavorful all the way through. I can't imagine them cooking them any other way now. Let me know what you think once you've made them.

    I found your video when looking for a recipe for Golumpki, tried your recipe and it was just like my Grandma's, it's been a long time since I've had them, and boy did they bring back great memories when I was a kid, funny how taste can do that, so Dziekuje for that Jenny, do you have a recipe for Charnina, one of my other all-time favorites.
