Name of lookout is Crevice. Called that because of crevice in the saddle where the wooden propane tank shelter is located. You could throw a rock down there and never hear it land. When we built this lookout we fixed the road, level the helispot where you camped and covered the crevice so someone would not fall in.
Beautiful drone footage. I hope they don't open up that crossing again.. easy access means too many tourists nowadays. Stayed a night at Frozen lake and was the only person there. Happy trails.

Best video for Flathead Valley Rd. I wish it was out last year before our trip to the border crossing 😀 (only a couple motorcycle videos were available, you showed it all - the washout, the sketchy bridges) We took a Ram Powerwagon and a Toyota Tundra via the same route. Amazing trip.

Awesome trip! I did that on dirt bikes many years ago. Glad to see the fire tower in the same shape so many years later.
First time up there for us, but looks like most people are very respectful of the site.
