    You are a genious. I have been feeling extreme tensions in my head and I did not think this was going to help. But it did. I was surprised. As I was taking the deep breaths in and out my head felt lighter and my tension just went away. Mind you, I have been having these tension headaches for the past 2 weeks because of exams. I am in disbilief. Thank you.

    I have to say. This has been my go to video right before all my licensing exams and I cannot be more thankful. It’s also because of this video that I have been able to tell myself “I love myself” I don’t think I have told myself that. Thank you for making this!!

    I have been dealing with a lot of anxiety surrounding my test and this helped me feel a lot better. I cried a lot towards the end and it felt so good to get all of that out rather than repress my emotions and feelings. Thank you for this 💜

    Thanks for sharing. Depression/Anxiety and mental health in general have such a stigma in our society and the more people like yourself talk about it the more the stigma will reduce in our society. My channel is solely about mental health and reducing this stigma. So many people do not seek treatment because they are afraid what people will say and this is destroying people’s lives. This needs to stop. Keep up the great work.

    I wish I had found this when I was in nursing school. I gradudated in May 2022 but I had agnozing test anxietywhich caused me to struggle a lot. I'm studying for my licenure exam now, and it's still just as bad. This was very helpful. Thank you!

    of the many, many, MANY of these meditation videos, I've watched this feels the most genuine to me and was the most useful, dunno if it'll help my grades but it's helped me feel better which I'm counting as a win, so thank you!

    Right now in nursing school scared beyond belief just to study and the fear that studying wouldn't be enough and that I'd study the wrong things and this helped me so much too deadass cried at the end and it felt so fulfilling, Thank you so much.

    I lost my breath, it was more stressful than calm to be honest, it was to har to hold the breath inn.
