    This was great, it was really challenging especially for someone with cfs, but today 1st time I woke up with an energy boost before coffee! Thank you so much for sharing 🙏🏻

    This is the most strenuous chronic fatigue yoga video I have done so far. I was unable to keep my legs in the air for the full four minutes. However, I will preserve and hopefully I will get better over time, and hopefully boost my energy levels of course.

    Thanks for this, I don't have CFS but I have lower energy levels than I'd like, most likely linked to anxiety. I was really surprised at how much 'light' I felt pouring up my arms. I feel quite centred now, which is unusual for me.

    I was reading some comments about this exercise being too intense. Instead, do the brain wave vibration video or any video which focuses on tapping two inches below the navel like the one for tinnitus and dizziness. That will increase the energy in the core. Slowly as you see you are getting your strength then you can start including this exercise. I couldn't do this either especially when the last accumulation pose came up. There was no way I could do it. But now I can do it for 5 minutes.

    Thank you ❤️

    do you set up the amount of ads on here? Or does YT do it and you have no control? I stopped after 7 mins, fed up with the amount of ads interrupting this video.

    Is this exercise best performed in the morning or the evening? Or is just a personal preference?

    how can you modify the arms and legs in the air to accomodate people with severe chronic fatigue? iʻm unable to hold arms and legs up like this

    • @SaintOrCinema
      @SaintOrCinema 3 года назад +4

      I find just lie flat with the arms and legs relaxed but still visualising in the same way - energy flowing through the specified points and pooling in the body 👍

    I think this will work great for me and my CFS and hyperactivity of the brain. My brain is just on constant high buzzing not thinking just tightness, I find my shoulders up at my ears all the time even while relaxing and watching TV.
    I am in an exacerbation right now from 15min step exercise 2x this sleeping 12-14hrs and exhausted.
