    If u r not using the electric one and just using the hand one mix it for 20 mins then you'll get creamy consistency 😂 it's ur call which to use

    one simple hack no one tells you is that if you're whisking with hand aka no mixer then DON'T i repeat DO NOT add so much water. add a small amount first; if it's too dry then add a little more. takes less than 5 mins to become creamy. have been making this since last november as winter started but i add milk on top of the creamy coffee mixture. i thought that was just cappucino not this trendy dalgona stuff. but anywho same process tbh.

      모치 Cappuccinos and lattes are different to this. For starters, the coffee isn’t whipped, its a shot of espresso and the milk is heated and frothed. Cappuccinos are 1/3 coffee, 1/3 milk and 1/3 foam and have chocolate on top. Lattes have more milk with less foam.

    • @Mae-nw6cv
      @Mae-nw6cv 4 года назад +4

      Emily Jayne, i made this exactly and even turned out all whipped and soft brown color, but the only problem that i am facing is after adding the milk, and the coffee on top. Then stirring using a spoon, it turns into coffee lumps and doesn't entirely " melt" into the milk. Is this normal? Or did i make my coffee too thick? or maybe its because im not drinking it using a straw?

    don't got a hand mixer and not a lot of time? heavy whipping cream substitute instead of the water will get you the consistency pretty close at a substantially shorter time. between 5-7 minutes instead of 20 minutes for hand whipping. but if this is how you are gonna have your coffee at home in the morning from now on save yourself the time, trouble, and heart ache and get a hand mixer (they're like $25) or use a mini blender that'll work to. mixing time would be like not even 2 minutes if you have the hand mixer on high

    • @ritaweltevreden5596
      @ritaweltevreden5596 4 года назад +3

      Luz Gutiérrez no...when you make it with brewed coffee you have to add the sugar to strong coffee and simmer to reduce to a syrupy consistency and then whip whilst warm. Good luck!
