Today I made coconut dumplings, ling fish and chop up for dinner and I’m here to share it with you!
Ingredients:
Flour
Grated Coconut
Sugar
Essence
Butter
Nutmeg and cinnamon
Water

You definitely can omit the spices. Make it to your own taste
How much grated coconut to use. Can you use coconut milk?
She had said she used half of a regular sized coconut.

No offense, Colaz Smith TV is the first person I heard mentioned Coconut dumpling. Surprise to hear you mentioning it.
From what I know st Vincent people makes it this,many years ago I saw them do it that way they grate the coconut and add the whole thing trash and all and cook the food in the skin and peel it afterwards.
