Jamaican style coconut dumplings

INGREDIENTS ⬇️ ⬇️ ⬇️
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 - 3/4 cup some moist shredded coconut
1 - 1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 - 1 tbsp sugar (OPTIONAL)
Room temperature water or coconut water as needed
