    60kg pull ups and then front lever rows ? What the hell, you are hella strong.
    One question tho, do you have a good cardio ? I’m starting to build crazy good amount of muscles with calisthenics but the better I get, the worst my cardio gets.
    Im slowly shifting to more explosive training, do you think it would help me ?

    • @perecollfdz
      @perecollfdz  4 года назад +1

      My cardio is not awesome, but I can run for 10km with a "proper" timing. Why should explosiveness help with cardio?

    • @erradate6425
      @erradate6425 4 года назад +1

      Pere Coll oh that’s pretty good considering the amount of muscle mass you pack. Because for some reasons, doing like 8 explosive pull ups makes me out of breath but in a good way so I thought maybe you knew about it:) nvm, You have one hell of an aesthetic body. Smart move to start a channel now

    would you agree that BASIC weighted calisthenics/ring work (dips, pullups, chin ups, deficit handstands) have got huge carryover to other advanced calisthenics/ring (planche, iron cross, Victorian cross, etc) work?thankssss
