Streetlifting European Championship 2024 | Pere Coll -87kg WR
Recap & backstage shots of the European Streetlifting Championship 2024 where I got the first place with a total of 557.25kg in the -87kg category. This documentary by @GORNATION shows my thoughts on the backstage area, all my attempts and the doping test. I think it's very cool being able to document a competition from the athlete perspective, as It's pretty rare to see footage from the backstage right before exiting to the platform.

I trained 1 year and I still can't do 5 clean reps
do you train arms after pulls or you rely on pull ups only ? Also do you switch grips for the heavy sets or you just use same grip since you are training the muscles for muscles ups also that way ?

This shit is so much cooler than powerlifting. Shows such a complete body. Mobility, flexibility absolute strength and relative strength.

First of all, thank you for all the great information and posts. I'm curious though, why calisthenics athletes don't train more with weight vests in addition to plates. Wouldn't that reduce the number of plates that you have to contend with?

In your description you write that you totaled 557.25kg, but actually your total is higher, 584.25kg. Don't sell yourself short man!

Most people cant even pull up, i just did a 50kg pullup 1RM and then there is pere who just flies up with that weight in a muscle up.. unbelievable! Seeing what is possible can really motivate and loosen psychological boundaries. Before i knew about streetlifting i never thought you could pullup so much weight and back then i also didnt pullup 1kg. Setting the limits higher lets you reach higher goals
