Man, love the video, the little insights you give, as well as the fact that you didn't put some hype music on there, or tried to sound hype-ish. It was very pleasant, focused, to the point and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you!
I've watch this videos for many times to get myself encouraged through days. You really inspire me to step on to this field!!! Look forward to see the upcoming videos and follow your steps!!! Thank you for sharing so great training vlog and sharing the training concepts.

que videazo bro, se me ha pasado volado, estaba tan concentrado, locura de video, edición,narración,explicación, tiene que tener un trabajazo este video detrás
Very insightful, Pere, thank you! A question I've had for a while: how much of your arm- and shoulder muscle growth do you attribute to isolation exercises vs compound exercises? Were you able to develop your arms and shoulders solely through pulls and dips, or have you always supplemented with isolation exercises?
That exactly what i want to know too ! I really would like to grow muscle only with compound exercice because i hate isolation but i think we cant have the same arm diameter without :/
Amazing quality of video and loved how You explained everything. I noticed that you take a little wide grip for pull ups, is It more optimal like that? And another question I have is: Do You always add that pull Up variants or only on deload?
Hello man, cool video. You are a huge inspiration man you never disappoint, great job and keep up with great work 😄 I have a question if you don’t mind, how many days do you rest between your workouts ? Do you think that taking 2 days off before strengh training is enough ?
Really nice video, Pere. One question, with that range of movement when doing the pull ups, do you feel like you are contracting well the scapulas? Ot it's just a sole movement of pure lats? I'm asking from a building muscle point of view, i understand your target of lifting the maximum weight though. Thanks
Hi!! Thanks! Yes, I do contract the scapula. Honestly I would say that the hardest to do is the scapula depression, I don't really feel my lats. From a bodybuilding point of view it would probably be wiser to focus on just the lower part of the pull up to work the lats from a stretched position and add more reps.
Hi, do you mind explaining why some of the most impressive records are set using pull-ups instead of chin-ups? Is it about federation rules and muscle up transfer or genetic predisposition to pull more with a pronated grip? Which one of the two would allow for a higher rep max in the long run, in your opinion?
do you train arms after pulls or you rely on pull ups only ? Also do you switch grips for the heavy sets or you just use same grip since you are training the muscles for muscles ups also that way ?
Hi Pere,I see you usually like 3 sets of every exercises? And can you tell how long you rest between sets in main exercises and acc exercises? thanks if you answer
Hi! Well, the sets depend a lot. Sometimes I do 1, sometimes I do 5. Even 1 day i did 10. So that really depends. Regarding on the rest time, I usually take at least 5 minutes in the main exercises, and 2 in the accessory (unless is a light session).
¡Hola! Yo lo que hago es que tengo una cosa para quitarlos, y de tanto en cuanto me los rebajo. Si eres de España, en el Mercadona lo venden. También me pongo esparadrapo si veo que se me va a abrir la mano.
Hey pere, if you were to give an advice to teenagers who get into streetlifting, what would it be? Also would like to see how you manage your weighted calisthenics with skills.
Hi! i don't train skills anymore as I'm fully focused on streetlifting. However, I can still do HSPUs and Front Levers easy. My best advice would be to learn how to train properly from the early beginning, I wish I had.
