The third pull up attempt absolutely should have counted. If there was any downward motion it was so minimal that it did not make any difference in the pull. Crazy that any judge red lighted that in real time.

@@perecollfdz yeah I couldn't understand the explanation. I saw this event online, there were some other pull-up attempts which were classified as "no-lift", commentators mentioned it was due to some core movement that was invalid but I couldn't get the exact reason
The weight always has to move upwards, but @perecollfdz makes a strange movement at the beginning that makes it start to move downwards and bounces back. It may not help him to lift or it may be strict but It is no rep.

40Kg muscle ups felt like band assisted bw muscle ups, that's crazy achievement.
Yeah that one felt good, but after the 45kg i knew the 50 would be super close that day.
